UPDATE: The issue with the warranty was resolved after speaking to A.J. The cost for the repairs are being refunded. They really make you feel like you... matter.
This is the third car I have purchased from Jeff Wyler, each experience has been of the utmost professionalism. The salesman that has helped me was Gary... Bowman, I fist met Gary about four years ago and we hit it off right off the bat. He has a great personality and really cares about his customers.I was is in a desperate way to find a good used car, within 48 hours he found me a great car , a Sante Fee which i still enjoy driving today. Then my wife needed a vehicle he was able to find her a Trail Blazer which fit her needs to a "T". We only had the Trail Blazer for three months when it was totaled by a drunk driver one Saturday night in front of our house, as soon as the insurance had paid the car off, Gary went on another quest to find my wife another car. He did another Trail Blazer different color but same one as before and she loves it. Gary had all the financing ready and all the paperwork in order for me to sign on my lunch hour. I really don't see me buying another vehicle from anyone else but Jeff Wyler. Keep up the great work Gary as I know you will.

My Wife and I have been looking for a good used Toyota over the past 9 months and during that time we worked with 4 different salespeople at Wylers. 2... of the 4 salespeople are no longer there. I found overall, the salespeople that we dealt with did not listen to what I told them I was looking for, did not respect my time as the car we found on Wyler's website and asked to look at "could not be found" or "was not ready to be shown" after we were asked to come to the dealership to look at it. Salespeople "guessed" (incorrectly) at the listing price for newly traded in vehicles. We were offered a trade in value for our used Toyota that was insulting. These are just a few of the problems we encountered at Jeff Wyler's Used Car Lot off Rt 68 in Springfield Ohio. My Wife and I drove to Columbus Ohio and purchased a car from another dealer. That experience was effortless.
Always a pleasant experience to take my car in for an oil change and check up. Friendly staff, clean waiting area with coffee and water...tv too if you... like. I take work with me and get alot accomplished during my wait.

I was met by a young man, Andrew Williams, upon my arrival at Jeff Wyler's in Springfield, Ohio. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the automobile... I purchased. Also, DJ Hester and Todd Rozell were very pleasant employees to work with. They answered my questions and were very helpful throughout the purchasing procedure. You have three great employees that I had the pleasure of working with. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you for your service. I hope to continue to deal with these employees.
Easy trade-in and purchase, not all the equipment was with the car, several return visits are required.
