First of all, the sales department was excellent. We went back the following week to get a second fob and key made for the car. We had an appointment at 11 am. At 1 pm (after two full hours) we were told that they couldn't get the fob programmed. They didn't know why. No solutions were offered. So we said we would take it to a dealer that knows how to program it. After we paid for the fob we found out that no key comes with the fob. That is strange, and someone should have told us when we ordered it that we the fob doesn't come with a key. Other brands of vehicles we have had always come both together.
