We had a great experience. Our sales rep Rebecca Wilson was knowledgeable and patient with us. We felt like we had known her our whole lives. After our purchase she followed-up to ensure we were enjoying our vehicle. The customer service we received from her was top notch. The dealership should clone her!!!!!!

My experience at with this dealership sales people was
My experience at with this dealership sales people was Very depressing and a complete waste of time. My interest was in a 2021 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA, for which there were numerous opportunities to let me know by text or email that this vehicle was already sold before I arrived at the dealership. Once I was there my interest was manipulated into another car - 2021 CT4 sport. After test drive I was told again that the vehicle is temporarily unavailable. The next day I received call from Richard who claimed he is one of the sales managers, also the GSM called too, only to basically repeat what his two salespeople did all over again. Actions is a believable testimony of true apology.

Eric is the only person I prefer to work with when it
Eric is the only person I prefer to work with when it comes to my car. I trust him because he doesn’t try to sell me on anything I don’t need. He’s straightforward about any issue my car has and gets it repaired the first time around. I don’t have a father or brother in the area so for a woman to find a mechanic to trust is huge! Nobody wants to spend money on car repairs but if Eric is working on it, I know he’s taking care of it as if I were a family member. Thank you Eric!
