    Literally the worst experiences we have ever had!! We have been to a few other Mitsubishi service centers and have had GREAT experiences. This one is horrible! We gave them a few tries hoping it was just a bad day but no! They don't fill our fluids even though we ask them to. They put our windshield wipers on wrong and this past time, our car came back running ROUGH! We have a brand new car, it should not be running as rough as it is. They just chalked it up to wear and tear on the vehicle. Seriously the worst service department we have experienced with Mitsubishi.

    If you value your time and money - STAY AWAY FROM BRANDON HYUNDAI. During our first conversation we agreed to a vehicle in stock. Not only did the price change without the sales consultant telling me (were talking about $4k) -- They ran my credit (hard) for a vehicle I did NOT even know the price on!!! I called and tried to discuss the issue but the managers would not get back to me. One time I was told the call was being transferred to the General Manager but conveniently the line disconnected?! Hung up on me? Im guessing so. 3 Stars for this dealer is generous. Horrible dealer experience... Refrain from providing any personal information unless you are 100% sure you know the price your getting.

    Initially, I overlooked the unprofessional behavior of the people I dealt with. My salesman was nice but really pressured me into leaving a beaming review or else he would not have a stable job. My finances were handled by a man who spent the entire time talking about conspiracy theories, which I didn't care as long as he got the job done. He completely dropped the ball though. My payoff for my previous vehicle took 6 weeks to get sent out and they continued to harass me even though I sent proof I sold the vehicle to this dealership. After finally sending them the check they called me a few weeks later to say my signature was missing from the documents! How is that possible?!? Maybe he should stop worrying about the end of days and work on being proficient at his job. I love my new vehicle and had a prior purchase at Brandon Hyandai that was perfect, but the current staff leaves much to be desired and shows a great amount of room for improvement. This has been such a headache I would hate for anyone else to deal with it. My best friend purchased a vehicle the same day and had the same problems. After contacting the manager they made promises then blew her off. Hyandai is an excellent company, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

    I am busy & not a lot of time to visit dealerships. I worked with Earl Kober via the internet. He provided me all information that I requested. I drove to the dealership, test drove the car that we had discussed, and I bought it. Good price on my trade in, easy process and Earl was very helpful.

    Went in for warranty work on my Lancer Evolution. The warranty fix was done but they left a nice gash on my driver side door. After getting a run around for two weeks they said they would fix it. I drop the car off to get the paint repaired and when I returned it was just the worst touch up paint job ever. Its blotchy, uneven and sticks out like a sore thumb. I expect to get my vehicle in the same condition as I did I dropped it off. I am no longer getting any responses back from Brandon Mitsubishi. I've tried contacting them many many times but I keep getting no response or just the run around so I'm done. Stay away from this stealership.

    Had a great experience here buying my new sonota. I was very upside down and they did everything they could to get me in a car I'd love. Earl was a very big help and helped make it a smooth process. Highly recommend this dealership all employees were very friendly as well
