Alex got me into my first Infiniti. When my lease was up he got me a great deal on a new model with fewer miles on another. He's been awesome to work... with! Will definitely recommend him.
What an awesome dealership and experience! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They truly care. Now I know why they have been in business so long.... Thank you!
Leased an AMG G T for 4 months and then purchased an AMG GTS. Great buying and leasing experience. Salesman Joe Reviere was knowledgeable and very customer... oriented. Best buying situation
Thank you so much for your review! We are glad Joe Reviere was able to help. Enjoy your GTS!
Classless dealership, this is more like a side of the road hole dealership. The manager is rude. Very happy to see their true colors and not spend our... hard earned money here. As the manager said this is his house lol. I advise anyone with some intelligence to not give these people your money. Go to a classy true Mercedes dealership. We bought a brand new AMG C63 in Sugarland Texas and wow what a difference in experiences. My opinion is to stay away.
I had the good fortune to work with Nauman Heerani at Lokey. He was attentive to my requests and facilitated a sale smoothly and efficiently. He continued... to follow through with registration and tags. I can't recommend him highly enough!
I brought my GL450 in for Airbag recall and got my vehicle back with the speedometer not working. Was told it would take a few hours and cost me. When... I brought it in it was working fine. The folks are crooks!! Run as fast as you can away from this place!!
Disappointed with the service department and ultimately the sales department. Purchased a certified pre-owned S Class in Aug 2018. Noticed significant... break squeaking within the first few weeks of driving it that I did not notice when I purchased the vehicle. Brought the car in - and was told by the service team it was likely the front break pads - which were replaced. The noise continued. Brought the car back - drove with a service person who noted the sound immediately. He says it was coming from the rear brakes. Because they replaced the pads in the front first they are asking I pay to have the rear brake pads/rotors replaced. My issues is if this was identified correctly the first time I would not have had the front pads replaced. Further I would not have purchased this car had I noticed this issue prior to signing the papers. The fact that I noticed it within weeks of having the car tells me it existed prior to purchasing this car. I unfortunately did not notice it. If looking for certified pre-owned would use another dealer in Tampa.
It was a Terricic experience! Joe Rybdak was ever sooo accomadating—. Would definitely buy my next car from him!! Joe introduced us to Charlie Mohr —.... The manager!! All my questions were answered and then some!! Thanks sooo much —. Best experience when buying a car!! I will be back!!
This review and advice is really aimed at women buyers!! Lokey listed a used Miata for sale on AutoTrader and I made the price inquiry. I received a response... the car was $6,400 from the internet advert manager on Dec 30th afternoon. Then there's an email from a salesman saying the price is $6,258 on Sunday later same afternoon. Ok..I'll take the ride from Sarasota to look. While I'm driving on the way up Monday, another email from the internet advert manager came in (I saw later that evening) stating the price was LOWERED again to now $6,000. I will be the first to say how pleasant everyone was to me while I was there on both visits. I saw the car, liked it and started the paperwork - took about 3 1/2 hours to get it done as I had to wait for the sales manager to finish up with others (whom I did not see on the floor). If I had seen the two previous emails, I would have questioned why the leading line - price of the vehicle - was $6,400, not the $6,000 sent at 1:50 pm (at 2:54 - I texted home just arrived). I was allowed $500 for my trade-in after they evaluated it, against the same year and model as the Miata I was purchasing. So by jacking the price back up to $6,400, I was really not given $500 for my trade-in. When I saw the price changes on the emails that evening, I returned Wednesday to request a refund of $428.00 to match the price directly advertised to me via email. It was refused by the sales manager who said they'd probably lose money on my trade-in car with transportation etc to auction. Best I could do was have a burnt out backup light replaced and the battery cable that popped off the post twice tightened. I realize they are NOT a Mazda dealership, they are wholesaling the car off with some profit, but I don't appreciate feeling/being ripped off $428. I was offered a rewrite on the paperwork for $6,000 plus incidentals ($995 for "pre-delivery charge" with a burnt-out backup light that should have been fixed for that?) showing my car was traded for $100. Or I could have my trade-in back. Well, I can't drive two cars at once, it has two areas starting to rust bubble and 125,000 miles compared to 21,000, so it was logical to sit back and remember 'the house always wins'. So when all said and done, ladies (and everyone else) keep your eyes open when dealing with three people giving you different prices for the same automobile, check your texts frequently when dealing with them, and watch your wallet with regards to their fuzzy math.
Sandy Ammerman was right on the mark. She delivered the exact car that I wanted. Great Service! It's was a pleasure dealing with her and I will be back.
