    Mike Bennett and Toby take great care of you and your vehicle. They ask the right questions and listen to you. The service is top notch and your vehicle is in tip top shape when you leave. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My "GO TO PLACE" when I need service.

    The ownership experience from lease start to end and service time with Mr. Perkins was excellent. Both Sales as well as Service tried hard to help make the time with our 2014 Buick Encore an enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experiences there.

    Originally, I had an issue with the headliner exposing about 7 inches of the foam underneath at the top of the hatchback on my Encore. The service department said the rubber/vinyl strip guard wasn't properly installed so they adjusted it. I went on vacation and when I washed my car, the hatchback leaked at the top, which got my headliner and the inside of the car wet near the hatchback. I immediately called Dan and scheduled an appointment for when I returned. After the technicians finished troubleshooting, Dan said the entire guard and headliner needed to be replaced. I was given a loaner Encore. Dan was very accommodating during the entire process, and the problem was resolved! No more leaks!

    Called and scheduled appointment. Air Bag indicator light was illuminated. Greeted by happy service personnel, problem fixed within a short period of time and I was back on the road. Love the new waiting room and of course,the refreshments available there.

    I always have excellent customer service - Nate always goes above and beyond to ensure that the process is as convenient as possible. This particular time I did not use GMC to replace my AC because the service charge was almost double the other quote I received but every other time I've had service on my car I have used this dealership Ps I didn't work with Dan- there was no choice of individuals that I did work with given but everyone is super helpful Thank you, Carly

    I went to Sean at Dick Norris to trade in my existing GMC Sierra for a new Sierra. I was just looking to get the market value for my current truck, which was in great shape and had many upgrades to it. However was being offered approximately $1800 less. One of the reasons provided for the low-ball offer was that I had a small chip in the windshield, which I had fixed the following day (which the repair guy advised his company - Safelite - only charges dealerships $60 to fix) - but the trade-in offer remained the same. At this point, neither Sean or Dick Norris deserved a penny from me. Two days later, I went to another GMC dealership - and purchased the exact truck after receiving fair market value for my trade. Very easy, very smooth, very fair. Bottom line, there are too many other GMC dealerships available to not accept being treated fairly. I found a closer dealership, was treated a heck of a lot better, and saved $1800! Do the same for yourself.

    I brought the car in for an oil change and a suspicious grinding noise in the back of the car. Jack Strehle immediately and properly suspected the problem. He and his repairman identified the failed pump to the air ride suspension and the the cause of what made the pump fail. I told Jack that the car was pulling to the left and they discovered that a part was loose in the front end and that two of the tires were in a dangerous condition. I had Jack put on a new set of 4 tires when they repaired the front end problem an realigned the front end. They also discovered a potential problem that did not require repair at this time. They decided to put it under watchful waiting
