My wife and I spoke to Tom Buck on the phone regarding a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Anvil Clear-coat in color). Tom was wonderful on the phone and very knowledgeable. He invited my wife and I to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, but being over an hour away, we had to wait about a week before we had the chance to drive up. Tom had stated that he recently took a promotion with the company, but I would be working with Mike Collins. Upon arrival, Mike greeted us, and treated us like family. I cant tell you how pleasant it was to work with Mike, and Tom. They were extremely fair on the trade in value of our 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and I cant tell you how happy we were when we left. We both hate going into dealerships that have pushy salespeople. Mike and Tom were not pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. I have purchased vehicles at several dealerships over the years, and I have to say that Hernstein's has been the BEST! In our experience, some dealers want to show you the payments you will be paying, and not disclose the price your actually paying for a vehicle. If they try that tactic, my wife and I walk out the door. Mike and Tom were upfront with the price we were paying, and the taxes, and fees. It's nice to see that we still have honest dealerships . I would highly recommend Hernstein's to anyone. I will not buy another vehicle from any other dealership, Hernstein's has my business for life. THANKS MIKE AND TOM!!!

Had my truck in there to be serviced because I bought a truck from the hyundai used store and they were to fix a boost leak. I asked them to program keys to truck (didn't have remotes). I told them it could be done if they followed the EXACT process I had gotten online. The lady took a quick look and said she would try it but I would have to pay if it didn't work. After sitting there for 3 hours just to get keys programmed she told me it could not be done and that it would require too much and be way too much. So I payed them. Went to bobb Boyd in Lancaster, Ohio and gave them the directions and they had it done and working within 30 minutes. I knew when my buddy told me he had issues here I shouldn't of even tried. They just want to take your money!

We were treated so good from the time we bought our 2008 van there we decided to come see about a truck and we bought a 2016, but it was not big enough so we bought a bigger 2016 from Rich Moody, we will be bringing our daughter there to see Rich in about two months for a car, Rich you better be there.
