The best!

Excellent customer service and work

Ellen Tackett Service Advisor is out standing .. caring and knowledge. Very professional. She has been our service advisor for many years. The best we have very had at any car dealer. Work by MBT has always been very good

Purchase Experience

My experience with MB of Tampa was flawless. This was my first experience purchasing a car at Mercedes Benz of Tampa and the bar has been set exceptionally high! From start to finish the staff was amazing. The General Manager Bob Murray is awesome. Employees love working there and it's a direct reflection in how customers are treated. Moe my sales rep was also great, provided me my options with no pressure and made the whole process easy. After purchasing the vehicle. the finance process was also great! Adil was quick, knew his stuff and very pleasant. Grace, was just as excited about my new car as I was; as she showed me all the features of my new Mercedes. Great experience

The serice representative was fast and courteous. This is my second in counter with this service representative the customer service was great per usual. Mercedes-Benz is the best.

Awesome

A professional group from them time I walked in until my purchase a few days later. They made the deal work on the car I wanted and not try to force me into another. Shedrick Payne was my eyes and ears and I was fully kept informed. I told Brett in management i wanted that car and he assured me they would make it work. Jerry in Finance found me the best rate for with me great credit score that other dealers told me was not possible. Great job!
