Do not believe any promises from Derek or Nick!
We purchased a car from this dealership, expecting to be treated honestly and fairly. In fact, the opposite was true and has drug out for more than 3 months. When we took delivery of the car there was only one key! We were told they would send the second key to us asap. It did not come. When we contacted the salesman, he said he would have one sent to us. When nothing came, we contacted the manager. He promised to have the second key sent to us. It never came! We finally went to a different dealership and ordered a key. The price was over $500! Do not believe any promises from Derek or Nick! They are not telling you the truth!

I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again
I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again they are very in responsible when submitting paperwork to banks and they also run your credit to banks with out your authorization they never return your calls. Upper management doesn’t care I’m still waiting for there calls. please be aware what happened to me may happen to you!!!

What I am upset about is that it took u guys 56 days to finalize my deal I had to hunt u guys down because the deal was sent back to you guys from the bank because it was missing paperwork I left multiple messages no one ever called me back . A credit app is only good for 30 days per the bank. I purchased vehicle on 7/6 u guys re submitted another credit app dated 8/26 with out notifying me that’s 50 days apart. So who gave permission to submit that credit app. That’s what I am upset about.

Be veryyyyyyyy careful of any promises they (management) make to you in regard to fees being waived...even if they put it in writing that you will not be charged something...watch very carefully and review everything and save all communication about financing and deals. I have been going back and forth with management at Mercedes of Tampa for FOUR months about $799 they charged me even though a manager stated I would not be charged the fee for my car lease buyout AND the fee sheet from them shows the $799 would be taken off and credited once I went financing...they still charged me the fee. I have emailed multiple managers Nicholas Masky and Jacob Romp) countless times and talked to one of many managers on the phone and they have gone silent and stopped replying to my emails. The sad part is I have referred a lot of friends and family to this dealership and they have 100% burned that bridge...plenty of other dealerships out there.

Bad service at Mercedes’ of Tampa
I have found service disappointing everytime I have been to this dealer. I drive a flagship Mercedes and a flagship Lexus. WithLexus service has been unbelievable. With Mercedes of Tampa, they have acted like I’m a burden every time I have been here. I have never once been offered a loaner car even on a $3k service. Hugely disappointed by the customer service.
