Scott Poth did our financial paperwork and was friendly and explained everything in a way we could understand. We left the dealership not only with a beautiful new vehicle, but a couple new friends!

Well received and informative. As usual the financial aspect was quite a wait. However, Mike did a great job in expediting the necessary paperwork.

Truck was in great shape, and they got us what we wanted, on the other hand only got one key for the truck which also is not a regular key( looks like a replacement key and is missing functions) and we also did not get the owners manual for the vehicle and no offer of finding one and a original key fob were made .

Neil was great and so was the finance department. This was our second purchase from Ferman in one year! Love them!
