    Shopped and bought an F-150 Truck-the process was very smooth and easy to do business with-Chuck Watson and the other staff were friendly patient and made... all details questions etc were open and honest and transparent. Chuck spent time with me loading the Ford App on my phone, explaining the Technology. He and the whole staff there were great work with. I'll buy at this Dealership again!!

    I was looking for a Lincoln Navigator. I contacted Rome (sales person) and negotiated the price via text including trade-in on Friday. The advertised low... price online was not a trick. The price was real. When we arrived (more than 100 miles awayl everything went smooth without any games from the dealership. The monthly payment was in the end even lower than we had calculated before. I bought many cars from many dealers before but Rome and (Mike - Lincoln specialist) made it easy. Even the aftercare was excellent!

    We were looking for a used car and spoke with Toby Llamas on the phone. He was very helpful and understanding of our situation. I can't say enough about... him he found a great car for us got the financing and payments where we needed to be. I would highly recommend Jarret Gordon Ford in Winter Haven . And you must see Toby Llamas he's awesome and will get you the best deal he possibly can.

    CAUTION! If you are dealing with Mark Laidley in the Finance Department, this is not an honest individual! Mark Laidley flat out lied to my face and then... denied the details of the conversation we had. He is an unscrupulous and dishonest person. No one should be sharing their personal financial information with anyone this untrustworthy! Hey Jarrett-Gordon if he's lying to me, he's lying to you! I will never purchase anything from dealership again!!

    I would definitely make the 3 hour trip to Winter Haven again because car shopping can be a hassle and a trying experience. This is the first time that... a car dealer actually told the truth about the cost of a vehicle. I had 1 dealer lie to me just to get me in the door. I drove all the way to to Ft Lauderdale with no ac. I repeatedly told them don’t have me make this drive because I have no ac. Greico Ford Ft Lauderdale you will never get my business if you were the last dealership on earth. I talked to several other Ford dealers and was told that the price is not correct or there are discounts included in the price you don’t qualify for. A couple of them even said, don’t be surprised when you go there and the car is way more than quoted or if it is still there. Well, look who’s laughing now. I bought a new 2019 Ford Fiesta out the door for what I was quoted. I made sure that I followed up with each one letting them know that the price was correct and I purchased my car. Yeah I know, I was being petty . Chuck Watson was my salesman and he was upfront with me about the total cost out there. He probably didn’t think I was going to show up because I kept bugging him with questions all week before I made the trip. He was good and answered all of questions. He even helped with the phone set up and etc for the car afterwards. There was no shady business going on there. I would definitely recommend.

    Looked at a 2014 Lincoln MKT. Dealer wanted thousands over another dealer. Never saw the sales manager he was hiding behind the salesman and wouldn't budge... on the price. Let me walk a cash customer. Don't waste your time there.

    Went looking for a used car and worked with Jacob. The first car we looked at had issues and he didn 't want to sell it because of that. We then looked... at a Ford Fusion. We ended up buying that one. Best service I ever had at a car dealer. Jacob was very professional and knew his buisness. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    I wondered why the rating was so low until I called myself. I asked for contact via there internet option 3 times and never heard a word. Finally called... and was told I couldn’t talk prices over the and that I’d have to drive 45 minutes and hope for the best. Then the sales guy said he’d work something out and call me back and never did. If you live close this might be different, but I wouldn’t waste my time or money and won’t refer either.

    I came from Miami to buy a Navigator from Jarrett Gordon Ford/Lincoln. It is the best dealership I have had the pleasure to experience. Ron was my sales... advisor, and he went above and beyond to show me the car and make sure it was the right one for me. Unlike other salesmen, he was patient and not pushy at all. When I wanted to go home to decide how I was going to finance it, he didn't resort to any tricks to try to force my hand (unlike another dealership). They gave me an outstanding trade-in offer for my prior vehicle. Tim, my finance advisor, also went above and beyond to help with the process. He was outstanding. He even helped my mom find a part for her Lincoln Truck. All in all, I will shop here again for any future vehicles.
