Mrs. Terri was our sale representative and she was amazing! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. She’s been in the business since 1987 and it shows! Absolutely no pressure! The folks at this dealership make you feel like family. I've bought Fords for a long time my first new Ford a 1966 galaxy 500 from a small town dealer in upstate N Y. This dealership reminds me of that, and Victoria Wills goes above and beyond to walk you through your purchase. If I had a dealership I'd want her working for me.

Unfortunately there is no way to leave a zero rating.

Unfortunately there is no way to leave a zero rating. The car we just bought is our 8th purchase from this dealership and probably the last Ken Ramka is the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with. Deceitful on several issues, selling us a car that did not fir our needs - with no apology. The Sales Manager (Tony) of course backed his salesman and now will not even return a phone call. I guess this is the way you get treated if you are not buying a new vehicle. Sad.
