We had a pleasurable experience with our recent purchase

We had a pleasurable experience with our recent purchase at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Moh was very attentive to our needs and respectful of our time. The negioation process was fairly simple and both parties met in the middle. The paperwork was clearly explained and the F&I manager was very easy going and made you feel comfortable. Overall all of the staff from greeting the front desk to speaking with a porter and everyone in-between made the purchase pleasent. 5 Stars guys!

Special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Willys w/ manual transmission from Mike Peralta at Lakeland Dodge. Let me just say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. It was a smooth delivery with zero surprises from Mike greeting us and showing the jeep to finance and final delivery, everyone envolved was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recomend this dealership!

Mike was a great person to work with.

Mike was a great person to work with. He has great follow up qualities and was very attentive to my exact needs. From start to finish Mike valued my time and made sure that he entire buying process fit into my schedule. Mike even kept in touch on his day off.

Highly recommend this dealership for a fast, smooth and relaxing car buying experience. Jorge and Lacey were on task, informative and extremely helpful in finalizing my sale. As this was my first Jeep, Jorge went above and beyond explaining all the ins and outs of my new Jeep. He made the trade-in process super easy. Lacey made the finance portion as pain free as possible. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes with my beautiful new vehicle.

WARNING!

WARNING!! Please see my review from 8 months ago at the end of this one. I am updating. Today I received a call from a senior compliance analyst from at the Florida Bureau of Motorist Services. Lakeland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep ,RAM is trying to say they did not sell me the car. I have tons of emails, text messages and documents proving otherwise. I have given them plenty of time to correct their errors. I am now going to be contacting an attorney to resolve this. This is a very dishonest operation. They will lie to a government agency. MY INITIAL REVIEW This business is very dishonest. The first issue is I was told they were going to check with two banks about financing. I already had financing, but Al thought he could do better. I have received no less than 8 letters about my credit being run by various banks. Then I was assured (see picture) the error about how many months I wanted to finance for would be corrected after I “secured the sale”. It was not and then he lied about it. I paid someone to pick up and transport the car to me on 4/4 and the sales manager told the transport company the car was picked up a month ago. I then had to arrange for another pick up the next day. This cost me time and money. See picture. Once the car was delivered it had no floor mats (never mentioned to me or included in the videos or pictures I requested since I could not see it in person ), bumper damage also never mentioned or shown in video/photo, the gas tank was empty and the gas light was on (see photo), no drive out tag, no second key (see pic)no paperwork and over 200 miles we’re put on the car since the day I signed to purchase. I find the extra mileage to be very unethical. It was also due for an oil change upon arrival! I never received any information about which bank it was financed with, a payment due date or anything. They cashed my check for $13,000 without communicating any of this other information to me. Lastly; multiple people have been dishonest and straight out lied. Today, 4/11, I attempted to speak to the manager, Hercules. He asked for my documentation. I sent all my documentation to him and never received a reply. The finance manager Al called this afternoon and left a message to which I replied I do not to wish to have further communication with someone I do not trust. Initially this purchase started out fine, but as soon as I agreed to purchase it has been downhill. I am very disappointed at how this has played out. I truly wish I had read the reviews and the F BBB rating prior to the purchase. I had originally found the car at Atlanta South Toyota and then learned it was in FL. I learned they were affiliated. I never would have even looked out of state had I not thought they were all trustworthy within this conglomerate. I made the mistake of thinking the service would be the same across the board. Lesson learned. There is no service after the sell and it’s obvious they don’t care. I can’t even begin to tell you how many texts and messages have gone unanswered. They do not care about their BBB standing. See Below. This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 4/11/2023 against Lakeland Motors LLC. Your complaint was assigned ID 19924898. Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint.
