Wish I could give them negative stars
This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. My husband and I bought 2 cars from them about a month ago. After spending almost 6-7 hours at the dealership we almost walked out because they went back on their original deal, but made sure to keep stringing us along as if we were going to get the deal we were guaranteed. The finance manager saved face by offering us a warranty as long as we gave the dealership a glowing review. Fast forward a month we are still dealing with them being incompetent. They got the deal and sold 2 cars, but haven’t paid the remaining balance on one of the cars we traded in. They respond to these reviews saying to reach out so they can get further information on the bad reviews, but conveniently no one is available and to call back after a certain time. So ready to be done with this dealership and never look back.
I purchased a new 2021 Dodge Ram Limited in March 2021. The ititial meeting and picking out my truck was great. Probably because they were wanting the sale. However, after I signed: #1 When I went to pick my truck up the following day, no one was around to help me understand all the perks the truck had. My sales man, never went over all the amenities. I had to return to Lakeland (1 1/2 hour drive) just to see another sales person to explain some specific items I needed one on one explanition. #2 At no time was I offered the ceramic coating to protect my truck. I didn't know about it. That was until several others told me they had it and their dealer offered it before they left the lot. Now 6 months later, I am just finding out. It is costing me twice as much as I have to do a little touch up. #3 Service department - SUCKS!!!! I have called, left message, called & left message many times, with no response. Part of the sales pitch to purchase my truck was a free rain-X treatment. I got a text message, it was time for a re-application. I can not get an answer if this is part of our agreement when I bought the truck, or something I have to putchase. I have called 7-8 times each time leaving a detailed message. Never has anyone answered my question or called me back. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF STAFF. MOTTO; GIVE ME YOUR MONEY AND TAKE OFF. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY ARE NOT HERE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR EVER USE AGAIN.
A great dealership
We called the dealership and asked about the availability of Gladiator trucks. Logan responded with the inventory so we drove to the dealership. Upon arrival we felt no pressure. It was a relaxed atmosphere. We met Logan when we arrived. He was extremely professional. He heard our preferences and we found the Gladiator we were looking for. Logan did not try to upscale to a higher priced model. He listened very well. He has a great personality and very knowledgeable. Once we agreed to purchase we met Lacey in the Finance department. She was very professional and personable. She did not try to sell us warentlies and insurance we did not need. She made, what can be a stressful process, the whole experience pleasant. We have purchased vehicles many times, at other dealerships. This dealership was one of the best experiences we have had.
This dealership is awesome! All the staff was very helpful. Our salesman Reasean Crayton was the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made everything so easy for us. I will definitely highly recommend this dealership.
Don't trust them
The WORSE dealership I have ever had to deal with. Bought a 2019 Jeep in 2018 - took it in for oil change & recall. 3 hours later, I questioned about the time. I was told it was being worked on "right now" LIE - the Jeep was setting in the parking lot. Took the Jeep in for service Sept. 28, was told it would be checked & we would receive a call later that day or the next morning. LIE - stopped by today (Sept. 30) to learn, the Jeep hadn't even been looked at. Took the Jeep home, will be looking to buy a new SUV somewhere else!!
They made it all so easy
I traded in my Dodge Charger for a Chrysler 300 and the salesman that I delt with Tyrin Ashley made everything go by so smooth. It was like I was buying a car from a friend I would recommend that brother to anyone. Even when the car wasn't ready as yet he took me home to grab my stuff and got me to work on time and made sure it was ready for me bright and early the next day.
Coulda been a lot better
Tyrin Ashley who was my salesman was rude and pushy. Almost the point where I walked out and while I was on the phone trying to get insurance info he was rude and interrupting to the point of where I almost asked for another salesman. Based on that I’ll never go there or recommend anyone to go there.
Salesman was sort of tossed to us because the salesman I had dealt with was busy. Tyrin Ashley did an outstanding job stepping in - cold. He was personable, attentive and answered all my questions.
The service department
I always go there to get my oil changed And every single time that I have been I have been treated with outstanding customer service And everyone in that service department is very helpful and kind.
Boss Hog Bill was kind, calm, and a veteran at sales. He listened to us and in no rush to push anything on us. It's not my favorite thing to have to buy a new car but Boss Hog made it less stressful. Thanks!
