This dealer did a bait and switch on us.

This dealer did a bait and switch on us. Said they would sell us the wrangler at Msrp and then charged us 4k over. At the time of signing I thought it was the add ons. I called back and they kept putting me to voicemail. They scammed me.

The worst dealer in Lakeland they are a scammer they

The worst dealer in Lakeland they are a scammer they lying to sell you a car and when you have a problem with the car they tell you to go to different dealerships because they can't fixed that was the option I got from the Manager or they can sell me a new car( a new problem)

I ordered parts from this company on September 18 and

I ordered parts from this company on September 18 and paid for expedited shipping, but as of October 2, I still haven't received them. There has been no communication from the company, so I called their customer service and spoke with an employee named Jason D. I was already stressed about the delay, but Jason made things worse by being extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient, even though I remained polite throughout the call. To make matters worse, he hung up on me, possibly because I was asking too many questions. However, isn't it their job to assist customers with their concerns? I don't believe Jason should be in customer service or handling calls if his response is to hang up on customers.

He even apologized for my experience, despite not being at fault, which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and explained that a part was missing, and they were waiting for it. He assured me that once they received the part, he would have it shipped to me. Update: Rocky called me back when my parts arrived and provided me with the tracking number. I will be receiving my package soon. Thank you!

They were no help when my transmission went out on a car I had just bought a week prior to buying it and my vehicle was than there for 30 days

I purchased a used pacifica from this dealership.

I purchased a used pacifica from this dealership. According to the salesman the van went thru a inspection which i ended paying for it on my loan. The front tires in this van seemed unsafe but the salesman and the financing department assured me they were fine. Nope, they weren’t even road legal. Took it to a tire shop because one tire was losing air and they showed me how unsafe they were. The dealership keeps dodging my calls and text messages.
