I gave the technician a coupon from Nissan for a free synthetic oil change and they put in just regular oil instead because the coupon was stuck to the back of the work order. No, I’m not happy about it.

Store manager was very nice when I dropped the car off at
Store manager was very nice when I dropped the car off at the end of the night. My help past point was less than ideal. Tammie spoke in a condescending manner. She greeted me followed by silence, and then the basic questions that should've been at the beginning of the call, I then had to ask for the information that she called me about. She spoke to me as if I was stupid throughout the entire experience. She was unhelpful, condescending, and rude throughout the entire experience.

Had an appointment and was told it would take about 1-1/2
Had an appointment and was told it would take about 1-1/2 hrs. Was there for over 3hrs with no communication that it was going to take double the time for an oil change. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this place. My husband always had an issue with this place and I finally experienced it myself. I would not recommend anyone to do business at this dealership. Not that it matters what vehicle I had purchased but I would have expected better when buying a $70K+ vehicle from you guys.
