You make an appointment It takes two hours before they

You make an appointment It takes two hours before they can do it. Why make the appointment if they don’t get you in at 10:20 I understand a few minutes late but an hour and a half to two hour is ridiculous.

This review is long overdue.

This review is long overdue. I purchased a car from this dealership back in October and I had one of the smoothest car purchase transaction of my life (and I have had quite a few). I want to thank Melanie Rivera for helping us throughout the purchase process from beginning to end. She was straight forward, honest, patient, very efficient with the paperwork. Excellent with the delivery of the vehicle. I only have great things to say about my experience with her. She made it very very easy for us and that is something extremely hard to find in a car dealership. Victor Jimenez was also present and he helped us with a successful transaction. I won't hesitate to visit you again for my future car needs although you are far from me, it is well worth it. Again, thank you Melanie!!! I hope you get promoted soon. You have what it takes to sell many vehicles while keeping the process respectful and fair for both parties.

Misleading advertisement is a show stopper.

Misleading advertisement is a show stopper. Their $9.95 oil change special which states “For all Nissans” “Good for 5W30 semi-synthetic oil change” fails to tell you that the oil is not good if you have a 2024 Nissan. You don’t know that until you get there and the “advisor” tells you “that oil does not go in your car”, “you need to get the $70 oil change”.

My visit ran so smoothly. I needed to replace a part and Dee was so helpful and communicative the whole process of having it ordered and replaced. 10/10 would recommend.
