Love this Dealership!! they have been great and treat my new Maverick & me like royalty. I tell everyone I know to go to Flammer Ford, they are the best. The Parts Department is stocked and the Counter people are very knowledgeable, they never get any accolades.

Chris my advisor was extremely helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make me feel welcome and ease. The work performed on my bronco can only be described as excellent. All repairs were made in a timely manner and correctly. I will continue to use Karl Flammer Ford as my service destination.

As a woman I always dread going to get my car serviced.
As a woman I always dread going to get my car serviced. Not because I don’t know anything about cars (because I very much do), but because women are historically taken advantage of and talked down to in the automotive industry. This was my first time at Karl Flammer Ford and my advisor was nothing but professional and nice. He let me know about some things I should get done since Nina (my car) was approaching 100K miles, but he informed me in a way that didn’t come off as pushy (which I’ve experienced elsewhere). Needless to say my experience at Karl Flammer Ford was great and I am looking forward to being a returning customer.

Service is like a VALET you pull up they take car and
Service is like a VALET you pull up they take car and bring back your car fixed and ready to roll. Robin was my consultant very nice, I asked a question around quitting time, she was busy and I thought she wasn't going to call me back, I was surprised when she did! She answered my question like she was the one who did the work. Very informed consultant. Thank you for a pleasant visit.
