    As a first-time car buyer, I recently made the trip from Tampa to Hyundai of New Port Richey because of it’s well-regarded reputation. Let me just say, I was not disappointed. I was promptly greeted before even entering the showroom. Upon entering, the showroom was clean and bustling with tons of happy customers and staff. Fun fact, they had a full-service coffee and snack bar which makes me look forward to my future service appointments. I was taken care of by Felix who was absolutely wonderful. His friendly personality aside, he was extremely knowledgeable and took into consideration every detail I was looking for in a car. He was upfront about pricing and I left paying his exact quoted price. Most importantly, he was cautious of my budget and made sure I was getting the best possible deal for my money. Joey, the “numbers guy”, ensured I stayed on budget and double checked to confirm I was taking advantage of every possible incentive. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be drafted, the sales manager came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, the staff seemed to work as a cohesive well oiled machine. In the end, I not only left a car that far exceeded my expectations (2017 Elantra) while staying on target with my budget, but I felt (and continue to feel) like a truly valued customer. To say I am delighted with my new car and dealership experience would be an understatement. I will most certainly be referring my friends and family to Felix and the staff at New Port Richey Hyundai in addition to returning in the future.
