Always take my pick-up truck there
I bought my 2003 Ford Ranger Edge pick-up truck from Jarrett Ford when the truck was new. I have always brought it to Jarrett Ford when it needs its regular maintenance checks or repairs. This time it needed to have the cruise control buttons replaced as the plastic was cracking because of the age of the vehicle. The part was not really available any more and they told us to look for one online and bring it in and they would install it. I looked until I found a genuine Ford part (Motorcraft) from another dealership in another state that had it, and I brought that in and they installed it and it came out great. I am very happy.

Seamless Transaction
Not your traditional car dealership! Great service and easy to work with when buying over the internet. I am over 2 hours from dealer, contacted them through the internet and they were very responsive. They tracked an inbound car that I wanted - called me the following Monday (as promised!!!) and was at the dealership the next morning. In no time, I was out the door in my new Ford! Well done and highly recommended.
