Manager "Rob" seems to take the process of negotiating too personally. Rather than openly and cordially discussing price, he chooses to yell and belittle... the prospective customer for not accepting whatever he decides was fair. Sometimes two parties cannot come to a mutually acceptable agreement. That's OK. It's not the end of the world Rob. I don't know the thought process behind his sales approach. Could it be that the elderly population in the area simply succumb to his aggressive tactic? If you want to be treated with decency and respect, then in my opinion I would suggest you go another care dealer.
I dealt with sean dunn and he is just an amazing person. He went above and beyond his scope of his job to get me into 2013 Hyundai. I can say with certainty,... that this dealership, and sean are the best around. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I had several things done to my Tahoe to update so I stayed in the customer lounge for 3 hours while this work was done.The service dept.people were very... nice and helpful.everything was done as requested.Later on while on the road a light on my dash so I returned and they took care of it immediately.
