I am a little disappointed in the customer service I got when I called in with my truck repair concerns. Once I got my truck to the service department,... I was impressed. Curtis Pospech handled my concerns and got my truck looked at and had the problem identified and had a game plan to get it repaired. Beeville is a little far to have to go for repair work, but Curtis made it worth the extra drive.
We were pleased with the work they did. Ordered the parts and fixed the truck so we could drive home.
Knowledgeable customer service rep. got me in and out with an appointment in decent time frame for work performed

Had a good experience with the service coordinator and I was able to have my service taken care of.
Took my truck in for service and an installation of a fifth wheel hitch . Was sent messages letting me know the status .am and will always take my truck... to Blake ford for service . Always treat us with respect . That?s all that matters to me.
I needed an oil and filter change on my F350 The service rep. Stacy met me with a smile . On the inspection they found my front brake pads needed replacing.... They were able to complete the repairs and had me on my way in just a few hours. They are serious about customer service and satisfaction! Thank you
Great service. Was slow due to Ford itself and not the dealer. Recalled/replaced part broke within a 16 month period and dealer had to fight to get Ford... to pay for repair. Very satisfied with the dealers effort to get done what was right. James was excellent to deal with.
