Everyone was great. Went in for service on my older Kia Optima and ended up buying a new Optima Sport. They treat you like people used be treated. No high... pressure and no sell, sell, sell, tactics. First time in a long time my wife and I felt good about our purchase! This is our 3rd. Kia and we made the mistake of going to 2 other dealerships. Boy, what a difference at Citrus Kia. Mike Stewart was a good salesman and Karen , the Service Rep. was the best. Now that we know you are in Crystal River, we will make a point of shopping here again. We live in Spring Hill. Thanks for everything and a nice new Kia Optima Sport. Bill and Fannie Gasparik

Paul T. was my salesman, and he was friendly and had lots of knowledge about the Soul. I was not pressured to purchase the vehicle which I really appreciated... after having been at another dealership in the area earlier where they just would not take "no" for an answer. Everyone at Citrus Kia was friendly right down to the young man who had washed my Soul and then told me he hoped I enjoyed my new car.

Hands down best dealership I've ever visited. Honest, no pressure. Was like dealing with family. (I love my family, lol). Very comfortable and relaxing.... I honestly was very pleasantly surprised. Not what i anticipated. Highly recommend

I have owned several different models of KIA purchased from Citrus KIA in recent years, I am currently the proud owner of a 2017 KIA Soul; just love it.... Kevin Bell our sales representative was great right up front with everything. David in the Service Department always explains what they done. And Amada with the Body Shop is just fantastic. Wow...Mike Stewart was my salesman and he was wonderful. Very professional from the initial test drive to HANDING ME THE KEYS to my BRAND NEW KIA SOUL.... Everyone there welcomed me with a smile and made sure that I felt NO pressure. They made the process so stress free that I can't even explain it. My In-laws came in and bought a car. The paint started peeling within a couple months of purchasing. The costumer service was very poor in trying to resolve... this matter. I think they were just feeling that they could get over on my In-laws as they are older and retired. As they kept brushing them off. Coming up with excuse after excuse, but the fact remained the paint job they had done to the car was poor at best. They did nothing to resolve it either. My In-laws tried bring it to arbitrationing and again got brushed off. The dealership lacked any urgency in helping to resolve the problem. Every other paint repair spot simply said there was no ding or dent as the dealership suggested but rather just a poor paint job. Needless to say I would stay far away from this dealership as they dont really seem to care about the customer, just their bottom line figures.
Thanks for the feedback. We understand your concerns. Citrus Kia did not paint your vehicle. Sometimes factory defects do occur and there is a process... to resolve these things. You have options.
