If only zero or negative star were possible! My Hellcat was at their North Star for work, my parents went to check on the car for me because I’m temporarily stationed in Las Vegas. When my family showed up to check on my car, no one at the dealership could find my vehicle. There were no cameras or anything, supposedly my car was behind the service gate according to the service manager but no one noticed the car missing. They had no idea how long the car had been gone. They asked us to wait a few days while they checked other lots for the vehicle, unfortunately they never found it. Turns out my car was stolen so I had to do a police report. The general manager was not helpful in anyway nor did the dealership take responsibility for not ensuring the safety of my vehicle. They also did not try to right their wrongs or even try to replace my Hellcat. The entire experience was a nightmare! I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to North Star for any reason!
After taking my van in for service I was informed that the van need transmission overhaul or replacement. I was told that it would me faster and better to put in a new transmission so I said ok. This proceeded to take two months for the repairs. I was continually told that the van was not ready and given the run around about why it wasn't. Finally when I did get the van back, the transmission malfunctioned on the way back from the dealership. They did not even test drive the vehicle before returning it to me. Now I have waited two days after returning the van back to them and they have not even looked at the vehicle. I am being told "Oh well, nothing we can do, you will just have to wait." This is literally what I am being told. They do not know or do not care what customer service is. I have been patient and this is what is paid back to me?
Found medical waste in new car!
I found medical waste in my new van and called Jason the sales manager. I explained how I pulled a used blood test strip from inside my door pocket with my hand and became worried. Unfortunately all that Jason could do for me was 20$ of gas and a car wash. I did ask for an extra wash but Jason couldn’t do it because of cost. Jason was honest with me and did the best he could. I love my van but can’t give more than 2 stars to a company that limits their sales manager. I expected more for the inconvenience to my health and well being. Please look inside every compartment even when buying new. Dodge makes awesome vans and I know I’ll have mine for a long time.

We went in to buy a car and one of rhe cars brought out was a car that had been in an accident and was not brought to my attention till I brought up that the paint colors did not match,then I was told that it had been in an accident, we bought one car which I felt was not the best deal,no GAP, then the other car that we were buying we kept for two weeks then to be told we would need a co-signer,the first car we did buy there was a small area that the tint was coming off, and they would not replace but were willing to take the tint all off and was only given one key for that car but would offer me the employee price to buy another one,we just bought one car, I would never buy a car from them again!
lies and disrespect
I bought a $50,000 Jeep three weeks ago. It typically, from other dealers, takes 2-3 weeks for license plates to arrive. since I have not received the plates after three weeks I called to check on them. I was told that it takes 8-10 weeks, and sometimes longer “depending on the model”. Both statements are total lies! The degrading laughter from the salesman was an insult.

5-1/2 hour oil change
I brought in my work truck to get a oil change and rotate the tires. When I pulled up I asked the service writer about how long it would take. He told me that they can have it done in about 1-1/2 hours. I told him that was fine and they took my truck back. I got there at 11:00 am and my truck was not ready until 4:30 in the afternoon. If he would have told me this in the beginning or even a hour or two into the wait, I would have brought it back another day. Not only did I pay $180.00 for a oil change but I also lost money from being there most of the day. I understand things happen but the service writer should have known that they were backed up.
