Great service by Armando and mechanics.
Great team who fixed check engine light problems and had my Jeep on the road quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to service their Jeep.
Hi David, we're thrilled to hear we were able to get your Jeep back up and running in no time at all. Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can ever be of further assistance.
Worst service Dept ever
Worst service department ever!!! 2nd time coming in for a recall and the first time you took my vehicle in and after making me wait over an hour you came and told me you don't have the part in stock. Last week I made another service appointment specified I was coming in for the recall, I called yesterday at 4:37 to verify that you had the part and was told yes. I showed up today and you took my vehicle in for the recall and then after an hour and half you come out and tell me you again don't have the part?? Really? Your service people are not competent enough to check parts status before taking a vehicle in twice now? I called to ask for Allan McBain as I was given his names the service manager and I was transferred to a number that rang then went back to the same call taker and explained that I would like to leave a message for Allan and she hung up on me!!! Avoid this dealership and service department!!

Good service for my Chrystler Town and Country. Friendly no nonsense service co-ordinators. A very busy shop an left my van overnight but it was repaired and clean the within 24 hrs, which is good for San Antonio shops.

The Service Advisor, was prompt in tending to my appt. The Auto Technician also did a great job at completing the maintenance tasks thoroughly and expeditiously.
Thank you for the terrific feedback for our service team. We appreciate your support and hope to work with you again!
Service was very thorough and complete. Extensive testing was done to find the source of the problem that existed. Following diagnosis, a new harness was put on the airbag.
We're so happy that our service team was able to solve the problem. Thank you for recommending North Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, and please reach out if we can ever be of further assistance!
DO NOT GO HERE!
HORRIBLE EXPERENCE!! These salesmen are most shadiest salesmen ever. First I see a potential car on CarGurus. So, I take the trip to drive all the way over to the dealership and they would not honor the price they had listed on CarGurus. Then after arguing with them they leave and come back and say the car has been sold. So I ask to look around and I was interested in other potential cars on the lot, then they say oh well those cars aren't for sale. Like xxx? First of all they are horrible people and I would defiantly NEVER recommend anyone to go there. So I leave because I am obviously tired of their xxxxxxxx. Very next day I see the SAME car with the SAME price posted by another salesman on another website! I message this salesman and ask if the car is still available (knowing that its not, because that's what they told me yesterday!!) And he reply's YES! so then I message and tell him that I was just there yesterday and I they told me it was sold. Then he messages back and says oh yes its sold. xxx? are these people literal idiots? I am so pissed off and mad that I wasted my time with these people trying to scam everyone. DO NOT GO THERE, they are horrible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and miscommunication, and would like to speak with you to learn more about your experience. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Dennis Erazo, General Sales Manager, (210) 341-2251
We had a really bad experience at this dealership. First, their Floor Sales Manager wouldn’t honor their own internet discount that was offered to me in-writing by their Internet Sales Manager. He tried to tell me it was already rolled into the sales price of the vehicle, then when he couldn't make the math work in their favor, it was quickly decided he “had already cut too deep into the price of the vehicle to allow the use of this discount.” Also, be careful of the $1,495.00 package they will tack onto your vehicle for interior Scotchgarde, paint sealant, tire locks, and VIN etching. This is not listed on their website and is added on when you are doing your final invoicing and it will not be optional. The same Sales Manager handling our deal told us “the car could not leave the lot without it.” Then, when I asked for him to provide, in-writing, what was a part of this package he told my wife and myself that “ALL new cars get it” and that “his Finance department was too busy to be bothered with providing it.” Once the deal was finally hammered out and I was given the aforementioned package for $700.00, which by the way was only VIN etching, there was no true delivery of the car; the make ready was so lackluster I had the local car wash down the street finish it a few days later and none of the car’s features were explained to me. Furthermore, when I asked for the spare keys and owner’s manuals, I was told I had to wait until my plates came in and at that time I would be given those items, per dealership policy. When I emailed the salesman about this he said he would check with his GM to see what he could do. I was allowed to drop by a couple days later and pick them up. Do not sign the delivery paperwork until you have truly taken delivery of the vehicle, thoroughly inspected your new purchase and are given a proper run through of all the vehicles features, even though they will try and have you do it beforehand. Dodge was notified during my customer satisfaction survey of these problems as I have them all documented.
David Scott 2 minutes ago My experience with the Service Department at this dealership was unacceptable to put it nicely! I brought in my truck for service that was under warranty (engine making a tapping noise). They had it for a week and called me saying it was ready for me to pick up. I asked them if they repaired the problem and I was told there was nothing wrong. I disagreed due to the noise the engine was making. They, again, told me nothing was wrong. I picked up my truck and nothing was fixed. It was still making the horrible noise. I immediately took it to Ingram Park Dodge and told them about my problem. After a week, problem repaired (lifters on driver side, cam shaft, and rocker arms on both sides replaced under warranty). This is highly unacceptable service from your business and I will dissuade ANYONE from going to you for anything! Unbelieveable!!!
