Worst Customer Service!!
I don't know where to even begin with this review but all i have to say DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! Worst customer service I've ever received especially coming from the General Manager Leo Chairez!! He has no remorse,no care or no compassion what so ever for his customers!! Even after I told him what had happened to me with my "NEW 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE" on the freeway. He had the audacity to tell me oh that is a easily fixable issue. I was on the freeway when my brand new vehicle just stalled on me!! Luckily it was a Sunday and not much traffic on the freeway because if not i probably wouldn't even be here to be able to write this review but again the General Manager Leo Chairez made it seem like there was really no big Issue!!! I bought this vehicle In the end of June and barely have at the moment over 2000 miles on it and I already encountered not just one but two issues with it and no its not just a small issue. This issue could've clearly taken my life or others if it would've been a week day with a lot of traffic. I never write reviews but buyers please be aware!!! AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!! Because if your brand new car were to break down on you trust me this Dealership does not care and will do nothing to help you out!! All they care about is making the sale and getting paid!! And once they have their money if anything happens to your vehicle they do not want to take any responsibility on that piece of xxxx they just sold you!! Cause that is exactly what i bought from them!! A BRAND NEW PIECE OF xxxx!!!
Awful Service Experience
Avoid this dealer for service. Truly an awful experience. Had to drop my car off overnight for repairs, but did not hear from the dealer in two business days until I had to call them. I was forced to call them multiple times to check on the status of my car, as they didn’t call back in the time periods they promised. When they eventually diagnosed my car, they could not tell me the specific part that was faulty. The service rep had to go an ask the technician, as apparently they hadn’t bothered to write it down or tell me. Essentially, I was forced to find time in the work day to call them multiple times about a simple problem and for complete information. I took my car to a local garage for repairs, as I would not trust this service center to take care of my car in an expedient manner or at a justifiable cost.
I talked to and felt with internet specialists on phone day before but when I got there she pushed me into a sales guy who I think had just started. I knew what I wanted so that wasn't a big deal to me but still had questions that could not be answered by him. Process took too long since I had practically picked my car out online, settled with a price and submitted my credit the day before. Finance guy was nice but still scammed me. I would reccomend this place with warning.
Great sales and service
Chris, Willis, and Rene were great! I felt very welcomed and appreciated- From arrival, picking the vehicle, waiting for bank, and then signing the paperwork
This place is garbage! I bought a brand new jeep and 2 weeks later had problems! I was told that it would take 4 days to fix it. I wasn’t even offered a loaner for the inconvience!

Great Customer service here with David Duenas. Great selection of cars and trucks. They really take care of you. Was able to select the color that we wanted.

Do NOT trust them!
Do not trust these guys. I came to the dealership with my wife and son to look into getting a bigger vehicle. We waited for about 2 hours while the saleman showed us pamplets about the cars. We had to stop to feed my 3 month old son because the process was taking so long. He said he needed to make a copy of my ID and get some basic info before we could go for a test drive. He got my info and then my son spit-up all over my shirt. I told him i needed to leave to change. He said he would hurry and and run my credit to see if he could get into a car model that i specifically told him i did not want. I told him to wait until i returned with my wife's information before proceeding. I went home to change and i wasn't able to go back the same day. The next day i noticed my license was missing. I hadn't realized i had left it at the dealership. I went back to get it and the salesman said he had "accidentally" taken my driver's license home with him and that i needed to come back again. That is unbelievably unprofessional. Before i was able to get my driver's license back( it took about a whole week) i received a notification from my credit monitoring app that the dealership had run my credit. I specifically told him to wait for me to come back with my wife's information. After repeatedly being lied to and treated unprofessionally, i decided to look elsewhere. Do not trust these guys. I do not recommend this dealership.
