Ancira Nissan has been a member of the San Antonio community for over 25 years. We put our customers first and our goal is for every Ancira experience to be an excellent one. Given the run around

I was just looking for a used vehicle so Betsy luvanos called me I told her what I was looking for in payments and such so I filled out the application and I told her I was done and btw I told her that the name she would see on application was different because I am xxxxxxxxxx and I had not changed my name legally so don't be suprised so she sent me a text saying josh would be handling the sale Ijust seems like after they found out i was a xxxxxxxxxx woman that everything changed cause josh did text and we spoke on phone and I told him what I was looking for in a car and he said he would run it by a few banks they dealt with and it would take 15 min to an hr I waited an hr had passed still nothing 2 hrs nothing I sent a text and no response from josh and same thing from betsy I am very disappointed I tried this car lot because I thought a name as reputable as ANCIRA was better than that but just goes to prove you can be reputable and still will get stiffed dont recommend this company to anyone especially someone transgender like myself very disappointed 🤔

Wonderful service

Kim was amazing! She got me into a beautiful new car and made the process as simple as possible. Her and the Ancira Nissan team are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

For the most part just be honest.

For the most part just be honest. I wake up at night still disgusted with the underhanded deal you pulled on me. I'm a senior citizen and not as sharp as I used to be. Your people said you were paying off my trade in. Never was it said you paying it off partially and rolling $1400 into my new purchase. I know my salesman Eyan Evan's was aware I had better offers for my trade and this is why he got y'all to commit on pay off. I will continue to write this on every format I can find every week because it was just plain underhanded and you are swindlers.

We looked at the video and reviewed all the relevant documents and there is no doubt that this information was disclosed to you. You signed 4 documents that pertained directly to trade-in value. You saw the appraised value of your car and you knew your payoff amount. We pride ourselves on being fair with everyone.

Online Part Order

I ordered 2 very small plastic parts from their online Nissan OEM website. I input my billing address and then selected to ship to the same address as the billing address. Ancira Nissan shipped the package to the incorrect address. So I called and they refused to even try and call UPS to have the shipping address changed prior to the 1st delivery attempt. Nissan USA headquarters is very near to me and they will be receiving a call about this horrendous customer service...or lack thereof.

Go somewhere else

Told a vehicle advertised was available. Confirmed appt in AM. Get there and we were told vehicle sold the night before. They then claimed they would"make it right" and tried overcharging us 7k..... Run.

Best sales experience!

I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership! I highly recommend Lou!

Best Auto Group in San Antonio

Absolutely wonderful experience! We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past couple years and wouldn't deal with anyone but Ancira! No pressure, no hassle, and extremely helpful ~ answered all the questions we had and made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making. The service department is by far the best! Very helpful, friendly and always take the time to explain all work done ~ and always kept up to date about the work being done. Best auto group in town ~ would never buy from anyone other than Ancira!
