We were greeted at the door and our sales person was very attentive to our needs. My husband has some medical needs and does not drive. Was told car was still in stock in the afternoon. Drove an hour to take a look. Was told it was sold in the morning. Then the next morning I get a message... asking if I am still interested in the car I came to buy. Tried calling the number I was given, disconnected phone. Found a secretaries number and the guy is busy all day, amd doesn't call back even though he sent me the message. Either incompetence, horrifically outdated software, or both is at play here.
