Purchased a used Ram 1500 a couple of days ago from Ancira and it was the most relax and hassle/stress free environment that I have seen in my 20 experience... purchasing vehicles and a lot better compared to other dealerships here in SA. Me and my wife felt very comfortable with Lori (sales person) during the entire purchase process. A very nice experience!
Let me start by saying a use to be a regular customer, always dealt with the same advisors. Built good relationships with the management and advisors.... Last visit I had an issue, and due to how the service director treated me I will not be returning. Place is going down hill fast
Outstanding performance & courtesy! The whole process went smooth. I love my new truck. Thank you Aaron. Will be seeing you when it’s time for another... vehicle.
Made a deal over the phone. Drove 3hrs one way. Got there and they backed out on their agreement. They came up with excuses. Worst experience ever.
Great customer service. Our sales person Orton Wager was very good. Everyone we had any contact with was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of... new and used vehicles
Called to make an appointment they told me that Express service you don't need an appointment. I came in they told me there's an hour-and-a-half wait for... your oil change because you did not make an appointment! It's going to be another hour if you want a car wash! Now they cost me twenty bucks to go wash the truck myself and they have cost me precious time. They've got a coffee machine here but it never works they got a Keurig machine here but they've got no pods.
Drove 2 hrs ONE WAY to finalize a deal that me and the internet salesman David Sullivan worked on all day. Have text messages showing I would be putting... down $1,000-1,500 of my $3300 equity I had in my car. Which meant Ancira was to cut me a check back for the remainder. All was good per the original salesman. We get approved and head to Dan Antonio to get the car. Upon arrival the car looked great. BUT there was a nail in the tire. It was flat! Johnny kept insisting he just pull the nail and plug it himself. Uhm, he’s a finance guy and I have kids that ride in the car with me. No thanks sir. We ended up with a second salesman that was trying to get a tire company to come fix it because all service guys we’re gone. Johnny then tells us he will put us in amother car to drive home if we’ll sign the papers and he’ll have the one we came for fixed the next morning and have a guy meet us halfway because it’s TOO far for his guy to drive. Well we drive 2 hours ONE WAY Sir Johnny so I knew that was a bunch of bull. We told him it can get fixe tonight or we’ll go elsewhere. Then he confirms that he had a company coming to fix the tire. In the meantime he gets the sales guy to start signing forms with us. Again, sales guy is not a finance guy. And of course, as we look over the forms, we see right away that Johnny was putting our entire equity into the new purchase which was not the original discussion. He began getting ugly when we asked for an explanation and even uglier when I showed him the text messages from the original salesman stating it was fine to only out between $1,00-1,500 down and the rest returned to me. Johnny then said “well you didn’t originally talk with me and we don’t work with the internet sales people.” My answer was “not my problem; that’s a company problem.” He raised his voice and began to speak to me in a “I AM MAN, HEAR ME ROAR” way and I closed my folder and kindly said I decline the deal. The next day I get a call from a manager stating how wrong Johnny was and that they refund equity all the time via a check. She stated she would try to make a deal but in the end stated they own the vehicle for $30,000 and just closing swing the numbers as they had already lost money on it. Again, not my issue. We had already started working with a ford dealer that got us the exact vehicle we wanted, met all of our want and needs, gave us a better trade in deal, wrote me a check back for my equity and got an extended warranty. You want honesty and to be treated as a valued customer - THEN DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT ANCIRA. For their own manager to say they will be using my experience as a training tool to make sure a customer never drives 4 hours round trip again just to be mislead and disrespected speaks volumes. They should get on that training immediately.
Went in to buy a car, signed papers, did financing, bought insurance, shook hands. went to pick up car——they had sold it to someone else. Be sure you have... keys in your hands before give money to them. HORRIBLE experience.
My purchase of a new vehicle was very easy. Carlos Menendez did a great job with as my salesman. He was knowledgeable and prompt throughout the entire... process. This is my 3rd purchase from the dealership.
Thank you Ancira!!! Big thanks to Eddie Silva for getting my son into his first vehicle. You are the best!!! You have gained our future business
