    I was told that I needed a brake job about a month ago. I subsequently received a coupon for a reduced price for the brake job, which I had done yesterday. As always, Tyson was very friendly, helpful and informative. Might be a good idea to overestimate rather than underestimate the amount of time needed for the job.

    I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. The Mazda service manager Tyson Adams is by far the worst manager I have ever had to deal with. He is very rude. Rick Davis, Sr. is another one that hasn't learned how to treat customers. Total lack of respect for the customer, would not recommend that anyone go there for service. Wish there was a way to report to the Mazda home office.

    Called about a vehicle and was very motivated to buy. Gave a lot of information on vehicle to be traded, including VIN. Got a delayed call back giving me a very low trade number. Understand this was long distance but it was very low. Sold the vehicle two days later for much higher number. Disappointed in that part of the process. Sales person was very nice, but seemingly disinterested

    As far as the service went it was terrible. Scheduled an appointment for service that Chevrolet says would only take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Attempted to make an appointment a week prior and was told that since I didn't purchase the vehicle there that they weren't sure if they would be able to do the android auto update. They told me that they would find out and call me right back. After a little bit I hadn't received a call and so I called them back and they told me they still hadn't found out, but they would call me back and that it might be awhile. I had to call Chevrolet Infotainment Customer Support Group who informed me that there was absolutely without a doubt no restrictions on getting the service performed based on purchasing location. The lady I spoke with called your service department and relayed what she had told me. Many hours later, about 5 or 6 they called me to set up an appointment and gave me some run around that they had to verify they could perform the service. I feel that my time has been absolutely wasted dealing with your dealership and that my value as a customer is non existent.
