Charles Beyer, Matt Testa, and Jeffery Wolfson are not to

Charles Beyer, Matt Testa, and Jeffery Wolfson are not to be trusted, especially if you’re an out of state buyer purchasing a preowned vehicle. Imagine purchasing a $75,000 vehicle and on top of that paying a Premium Protect Plus + xxxxxxxx that does not protect xxxx. This car was sold to me with a busted dash that should have been shown to me when I asked for all imperfections by way a video and pictures. These idiots showed everything but that this is a $7900 repair. Oh, and by the way, I traded two beautiful Porsches that they sold in less than two weeks. xxxxing crooks.

I've been with my fiance for 5 years and he loves cars

I've been with my fiance for 5 years and he loves cars especially Porsches. He's owned 5 since we've been together. This one was supposed to be his last one for a while, however; he loves it and hates it! The dealership only revealed to him the rusted lugs and the two scratches NOT the peeling dash. My fiance had the porsche professionally detailed and ordered new lugs on day 2. He reached out to Jeff Wolfson to inform him of the peeling dash who only replied that the vehicle was an used car. I think my fiance should have kept his two vehicle because they were perfect compared to this one. I understand he wanted to go from two car notes to one but to have to get a dash replaced for $7900 is not good especially paying 80,000 for a car he justly purchased. Quick question: If you ask a dealership/ sale person etc... to send you a video showing you all the imperfections on a vehicle should you hide anything? What if he had done that to you guys with his trades. I think you guys are very wrong and should do something to help make it right.

I have never purchased a vehicle unseen before but went

I have never purchased a vehicle unseen before but went out on a limb and did against my better judgement. I dealt with Henry Freeman from start to finish and was totally please with his straight forward manner and his honesty. Many year ago I was in the car business so dealing with someone with the integrity Henry proved too have was very refreshing. The entire staff was friendly and enjoyable to deal with.

Angela took the ball from Matt and continued to expedite

Angela took the ball from Matt and continued to expedite the process of my sale. Because the nature of my sale was somewhat long distance, this required efficient and concise communication. In this capacity especially, she was superb. She provided clear instructions and answered all my questions promptly and concisely. She also provided several videos and photos that eased my anxiety about completing the entire transaction without ever sitting foot in the dealership. The transport process was flawless as well. My CLE 53 Cabriolet arrived at my doorstep in pristine condition. I would certainly consider another purchase from her team, even though I am located in South Florida.

My client Advisor, Angela Monroe was warm and caring even

My client Advisor, Angela Monroe was warm and caring even before I entered and gave me a very relaxed experience. It was business with a casual feeling that went a long way assuaging my fears of any hard pressure sales. I knew what I was looking for and she brought me right to the car of my dreams and the rest, as they say, is history. I am thrilled with my new (almost new) car and can't thank Angela enough for her professionalism and care for the customer!

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process of purchasing our new-to-us car. He was kind and genuine and thoughtful. When an issue arose he quickly and calmly fixed it. Eric seemed to genuinely want to help us get the vehicle our family needed and thanks to him, we were able to.
