Ferrari of Houston has been amazing from my very first purchase experience 12 years ago thru 12 years of fantastic service of my vehicles to continued... purchases. Every service appointment, every phone call, every encounter has been exemplary. Joe Maniaci has personally gone out of his way to make every interaction such a special experience it has redefined attention to detail. Thank you Joe!! I walked in to Ferrari of houston with the hopes that I would walk out with my first Ferrari. As I walked in I was greeted very politely by the front desk... person and was asked how they could help me. Craig Becker was called to assist in helping me find a special car. I gave Craig what it was that I was looking for and we began our journey through the dealership. Craig took his time explaining what each and every car was and why each was special. The selection at this dealership was incredible and quite honestly breath taking. As we made our way through the showroom I quickly saw the car I wanted. It was a 488 spider, red with a black roof, carbon fiber package, and black wheels. It was perfect. As I tried to compose myself and not let Craig know that he had already sold the car to me without even knowing it, he began to tell me about each and every feature of the new 488. The car was perfect and I wanted it. Craig and I exchanged information and I decided to leave as I didn't want to make an impulse decision (and also because I wanted my girlfriend to see the car as well). I left and immediately received pleasant communication with all Of Craig's contact information. I waited the weekend and contacted craig on Monday. I told him where I wanted to be $ wise and he said he would see what he could do. Craig was very responsive and very direct. He let me know at all times what was a realistic expectation and never did I feel like I was being sold a car, I was part of a greater experience. After a few messages back and forth, we came to an agreement that we were all happy with. I told him I'd be in the next day to pick up the car. When I arrived craig was already waiting for us at the front desk and walked us over to the car. I had goosebumps as it finally sank in that I was minutes away from owning my first Ferrari. I met with Ryan and he walked me through all of the paperwork and had it all ready to go to make the transaction very pleasant and easy. I couldn't believe the warmth and service I was experiencing at Ferrari of Houston. Both Craig and Ryan provided me with an amazing experience up to that point. I then met Tony, the General Manager of the dealership. He congratulated me and he seemed genuinely happy for me knowing that it was my first Ferrari. The three of them and I engaged in a lengthy and amazing conversation, we had shared many personal stories about our love for cars and how we all ended up in that same office together. As we wrapped up the deal, they handed me the keys and we all walked to where my new car was sitting. As I sat in it for the first time I thought, this has been a once in a lifetime experience. From buying a Ferrari, to the way I was treated, that day was one of the best in my entire life. I will be forever grateful for my experience there and cannot wait to buy my next car from Ferrari of Houston.
We highly recommend Ferrari of Houston, especially working with Joseph Maniaci. His professionalism, knowledge and obvious love of Ferraris made our buying... experience one of a kind. Almost as great as driving off in our 488 Spider!
I recently purchased my second Ferrari, a 2017 488 Spider, from Ferrari of Houston. What an incredible experience from start to finish! Craig Becker,... my sales specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the process. The experience of designing the car with Craig’s help at the Atelier studio in The Woodlands location was exciting and fun. He made great suggestions, gave me confidence in my selections and was genuinely enthusiastic as we worked together on the spec. Of course, the wait from order to delivery is tough, but Craig was very proactive at keeping me apprised of the status. He was as anxious as me for its arrival. Taking delivery of a new Ferrari at Ferrari of Houston is among the most memorable experiences one will have. So why are they successful? The professionals at Ferrari of Houston are truly car enthusiasts. Everyone I’ve dealt with, from Craig to Tony Nevotti (dealership manager), Giuseppe DiBlasio (service manager) and Andy Anderson (my service consultant), among others, are Ferrari enthusiasts who treat me like a valued client. The support goes beyond just the sale and maintenance of my vehicles. I know I can call Craig for information and suggestions, like where to get my car professionally detailed, who to use to safely transport my car or information about upcoming Ferrari hosted events attended by other Ferrari owners. He’s my “go to” source. The staff at Ferrari of Houston truly strive to build a relationship with their clients, which has developed my loyalty. It’s no wonder they have such a successful dealership and that Houston has a connected and vibrant Ferrari owner community.
I've been looking for a ferrari f12 for over 18 months to go with my FF. Whilst there have been several on the market ferrari of Houston asked me to be... patient and wait for the right one to come along. Well this past week the 'ONE' arrived. I've been extremely happy with the patience and professionalism shown by their team, specially Craig and Ryan, who have to deal with me and my lack of patience sometimes :) Great dealership and looking forward to many more purchasing experiences of this great brand!
Buying a Ferrari from Ferrari of Houston is like joining a large Italian family, with no mother-in-law to worry about. You are most certainly already a... car guy or girl and appreciate these fine machines, and now have joined the Tifosi as Ferrari enthusiasts are known. A while back, I was jogging at Rice and saw a black Ferrari driving past. Immediately upon recognizing me, the driver, Giuseppe Risi who owns Ferrari of Houston pulled over just to chat. Do you think anybody at Autonation is going to ask how your family is? Every time I have dealt with them they have been friendly, professional and most importantly respectful. They make buying and caring for these cars a pleasure. From Giuseppe , to Tony Nevotti the sales manager to Joe Maniaci my sales associate who just recently put a new 2017 Ferrari in my garage to Ryan Dohonge who has helped me sell several high line cars; I consider the staff at Ferrari of Houston to be friends. So, even if you are not a CEO or internet billionaire, if you at all can, go to Ferrari of Houston and reward yourself with one of these fine cars.

FOH is a great dealership. The staff is friendly and happy to spend time demonstrating their awesome vehicles regardless of whether you are just window... shopping or a long term customer. I have always found Joe Maniaci to be knowledgeable about the brand and very helpful in selecting options for a new car. He is great to work with and is always willing to spend his time chatting with potential customers that may be several years away from actually purchasing a new car.
