With the change in ownership, we were thinking about

With the change in ownership, we were thinking about taking our 2009 430 Scuderia elsewhere for its annual. However, Miguel Ramirez, service advisor, and Joe Fuentes, Service manager, were very professional, courteous, and kept us completely informed about the work being done. Alyssa Young did a great job to follow-up for any additional needs.

Sold out and nowhere to be found.

I passed by this dealership just yesterday and there were ZERO cars on the showroom and none outside and none to be seen in the back lot and no employees on premises. So I immediately called one of the key employees who I know personally and he replied “ they sold out “

Consistently poor customer service

We came in to look at a Ferrari 812 Superfast for our collection and the sales person didn’t greet or look our way, we ended up purchasing from Ferrari San Diego where we have our summer home and are given the proper treatment and service. Unfortunately this is the treatment we have received multiple times at woodlands and Ferrari of Houston.

Failure to stand behind their service.

Ferrari of Houston performed a major engine out service on my late 90’s low mileage Ferrari F355. The car is rarely driven and meticulously cared for. Less than 2 years and very few miles driven following the service I noticed a misfire in the engine. Living in a suburb near Houston, I chose to take the car to a local repair facility with an experienced sr. Ex Ferrari of Houston Technician to diagnose what I assumed would be a minor repair item. Upon inspection the technician reported that I had a significant issue with compression in at least one of my engine cylinders. After scoping the engine, it was evident that I had burnt valves. At this point I was surprised and eager to get to the root of the problem. This required removing the engine to further inspect. Upon removal of the engine it was noted that the engine was not in the correct timing. While this should have been re-set by Ferrari of Houston after the belt change / major service, it appears that this was not done. The factory marks on the engine at the cam gears to use when installing a new belt prior to timing were still perfectly aligned. Had the car been timed, these marks would be off a bit one direction or the other based upon the timing setting. Instead, my engine marks were directly aligned, appearing that the car had not been timed. Upon disassembly of the engine, multiple valves are damaged due to excessive heat caused by improper timing. Learning this, I met with Ferrari of Houston’s service manager, Giuseppe DiBlasio, to discuss what I had discovered. To my surprise and disappointment, I was met with frustration that I had gained an independent assessment of the issue and had not first taken the car to them, even though the technician that I had servicing my Ferrari had approx. 20 years prior experience with Ferrari of Houston. Additionally, I was met with no accountability or appearance of desire to address the issue, instead it was suggested that maybe I missed a gear selection when driving the car that resulted in both belts jumping track and apparently landing directly on the initial timing marks. I am astounded and greatly disappointed with Ferrari of Houston and their dismissal of the issue and failure to stand behind their service. I truly expected more from a Ferrari factory authorized Dealer.

The best Ferrari dealership

I have never had a better buying experience than my recent purchase at Ferrari of Houston. The entire process was seamless. There is no better place to buy a car: Ferrari or anything else. There is a reason that I keep coming back to Ferrari of Houston, the best customer service there is.

Professional, fun and knowledgable ...

We highly recommend Ferrari of Houston, especially working with Joseph Maniaci. His professionalism, knowledge and obvious love of Ferraris made our buying experience one of a kind. Almost as great as driving off in our 488 Spider!

An Awesome Dealership!

I recently purchased my second Ferrari, a 2017 488 Spider, from Ferrari of Houston. What an incredible experience from start to finish! Craig Becker, my sales specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the process. The experience of designing the car with Craig?s help at the Atelier studio in The Woodlands location was exciting and fun. He made great suggestions, gave me confidence in my selections and was genuinely enthusiastic as we worked together on the spec. Of course, the wait from order to delivery is tough, but Craig was very proactive at keeping me apprised of the status. He was as anxious as me for its arrival. Taking delivery of a new Ferrari at Ferrari of Houston is among the most memorable experiences one will have. So why are they successful? The professionals at Ferrari of Houston are truly car enthusiasts. Everyone I?ve dealt with, from Craig to Tony Nevotti (dealership manager), Giuseppe DiBlasio (service manager) and Andy Anderson (my service consultant), among others, are Ferrari enthusiasts who treat me like a valued client. The support goes beyond just the sale and maintenance of my vehicles. I know I can call Craig for information and suggestions, like where to get my car professionally detailed, who to use to safely transport my car or information about upcoming Ferrari hosted events attended by other Ferrari owners. He?s my ?go to? source. The staff at Ferrari of Houston truly strive to build a relationship with their clients, which has developed my loyalty. It?s no wonder they have such a successful dealership and that Houston has a connected and vibrant Ferrari owner community.
