Service manager was very rude.

Service manager was very rude. Did nothing to resolve the issues back up camera is not square on screen told me it was an allusion. I’ve only backed up and looked at that screen 1000 times a

Your dealership SUCKS

Bought a 2019 Silverado and had major issues with the motor barely a year after I bought it and Beck did nothing to try and help me as my warranty expired only 130 miles ago. They did NOTHING to provide any type of help. So I had to pay 8k for my motor to be fixed. I feel bad for people that try to use this dealership

Very positive! They provided us with information and explanations to our every question! Pleasant and patient salesmen, finance manger and general manager. Decision making is hard for us, but they ALWAYS greeted us with a welcoming smile and assistance!

No customer loyalty

I'm a loyal customer at Beck Chevrolet since moving to Putnam Co. last March but when the engine coolant fans came on full bore and would not shut off even after the truck was shut off I called a service advisor for assistance. He had little concern for the fact that my truck was unusable as well as the fans were running and said the earliest was in a week. I was later told that a manager would call. Two hours now and no call. Horrible customer service. No customer loyalty. Don't use them for service. Won't buy my next vehicle there either. So Chris the service manager from Beck Chevrolet calls 3 days later after I have already fixed it myself and has nothing to offer but I'm sorry. Talking to him was a waist of time. If you need sales or service go somewhere else.

2015 Silverado repair job

Brought in for fans not turning off at all, told fans shorting out , replaced and on thanksgiving day morning fans doing the same thing not turning off. Have always had great results on all repairs till now. CSR Always the best.
