I was very disappointed to find out Baytown Nissan was being dishonest about the repairs my car needed! I went in for service a few weeks ago and somehow my appointment disappeared, even though I had a confirmation email from Nissan with date and time.. I spoke with their executive manager Mr. Bolten and he assured me when I came back the next day that they would take care of me and the issue I was having. The next day I returned and the Service team was very nice, but my issue didn't get resolved. My check engine light came back on within minutes of leaving the dealership, but I also received an email from Nissan for work I needed to have done right away. Having such a bad experience I took this car to several different mechanics for second opinion about the work they said I needed. Well it turns out Baytown Nissan was lying, my car didn't need a New Drive belt, Arm bushings etc.. The car only has 43,000 miles. I sent the Manager Mr. Bolten two different emails about this issue, I called several times but he can't be reached by phone either, very sad. I had previously communicated with Service Manager Andy but still haven't heard back from him either. So please be careful if they tell you your car needs repairs. The are very dishonest and definitely lacking in effective communication. Very disappointed especially when their manager told me face to face that they would get me taken care of, and now I can't get him to respond to my emails or phone calls. I was going to go back to the dealership and see him in person, but someone's who is that dishonest probably isn't worth the trip! Executive Manger and Service Manger are lacking in Good Customer Service and Communication. Major Integrity issues with Baytown Nissan, very sad because I have family and friends they have made many purchases throughout the years from them. Just make sure you get second opinion before doing any type of business with Baytown Nissan.

I bought two trucks from them financing fell through on one and they would not give me my down payment they said it was going to my trade in that ran through service when they didn't even have done deal on the truck so they redid deal but we didn't want the deal to just give our trade back they gave back missing one key and they removed the antenna and said it didn't have one and said we didn't give them a second key and also kept our down payment i would not recommend them to no one ever again so if i were you stay away from this crocket place also every one that worked on my deal was fired so what's with that picture and the general manger joey Bolton wont even take my calls to plea my case to him

I have had better experiences in the past with the service advisors. The advisor I had today (Kacy) was very unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. I had a bad experience!

I came here really looking to just test drive, it was a horrible experience they were super pushy! The salesman was talking about smoking weed, and saying inappropriate things. They ran my credit even though they said they weren’t. Ended up going to a dealership down the street and ended up in a brand new 2021 Chevy and got a great deal! Really wanted to get a Nissan but it was such a bad experience we just moved on completely.

Very dis satisfied The sales people evidently dont last long here,My wife purchased a used car here and was told to make all the payments on time for a year and bring it back and they would get her in something newer, That didnt happen we made all the payments on time for over a year kept excellent maintenance on the vehicle brought it back Sales guy no longer there new sales didnt even try to help they ran her credit which it went up and told her she didnt make enough money and sent us on our way....DONT BUY A VEHICLE HERE WITH A PROMISE WITHOUT IT WRITTEN ON PAPER

I am not one to leave reviews but the sales manager as well as the salesperson that help me was very helpful. I was looking for a particular used Nissan Titan truck. I live in the Austin, TX area and drove the three-hour trip to the dealership to look at two used Titan trucks they had in stock. I did not find exactly what I was looking for and did not end up purchasing a vehicle. But the sales manager was very helpful and find a bank that offered a good finance rate to finance the vehicle. They offered a fair price for my current trade-in. I will differently come back to this dealership to give them my business if a Titan truck of my liking becomes available. I would highly recommend this dealership. Helpful, straight forward, and very good customer service. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle it was well worth the six-hour round-trip drive to visit the dealership. One-off the best dealerships I have been to in the whole state of Texas. Thanks again to the staff at Baytown Nissan for all their help.

Trade in car over a month and my old lender is calling me car not paid off I went to Baytown Nissan they said they made a mistake confused the price on a Nissan Juke from the Scion prize went I handed over a Nissan Juke it took them so long if it wasn’t for the other lender who call me I would find out sign everything that’s was agree on the prize now they said I owe them or they won’t paid pay car off I would never buy from them

This is the worst dealership hands down. I bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger 392 Skat pak with 3000 miles. The car had a pro charger installed which I was told was factory. I knew better but had to have the car. Well the check engine light kept coming on. The car was sitting at their shop since April and until two weeks ago when I threatened to sue them. Finally the car was sent out to another shop who can do the tuning. That was 2 weeks ago and I have never received an update from anyone.
