This service center is horrible.

This service center is horrible. They make you feel unwanted and a nuisance. Starting by just walking in, not one person acknowledges me. There is no clear direction on where to stand or who to talk to. You just have to stand there waiting like some fool. This is meat of the business and no one wants to make a profit. I would clean house. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the closest Service department to our facility we wouldn’t go. I would never purchase from this dealership. Nor would I steer the company to purchase fleet vehicles here.

Awesome dealership.

Awesome dealership. Great staff. Great communication. Very solid warranty package coverage. I recommend Joe Myers ford to anyone when it comes to servicing and buying a car from there. Best prices in Houston and they’re honest people. Marcos was a great service as well. Definitely helped keep me updated on my vehicle and not once did he get impatient with me calling every few days to check on my vehicle. Very solid guy and professional. Everyone there was professional. Good job Ford!!
