Great job

I answered the survey once but got bounced out. Gerald was my service advisor & he was thorough & professional as was the office staff , friendly & patient even tho I was the last customer to pick up my car. The shuttle driver & I got along well & enjoyed a nice conversation. Thanks for real customer service!

18000 mile service

booked online for my 2014 ford Fiesta to get an oil / filter change, as well as a tire rotation at 18000 miles. Had one minor problem of the tire low pressure indicator lighting up all the time. I mentioned this to the Service advisor and it turns out there was a nail in one of the tires. All in all the maintenance / repair took less than 2 hours and I'm back on the road again. Thnx.

Great Service

Gerald Tolouois is my service rep and has been since my first visit. He is very professional and very friendly. He takes good care of my truck and always gets it back to me on time. Every Company needs more people like Gerald on the front lines, because they help people get in and out so we don't have to waste a weekend sitting around at a dealership and can spend time with our families. Between oil changes when my DEF level gets too low, Gerald has personally filled it up for me so I didn't have to leave my truck. Thanks Gerald.

Everytime I go, I have to request Mack Smith. He's always taken care of me and really shows me that he cares for my vehicle. I've seen other service assistants but none were as good as Mack in my opinion.

Satisfied Customer!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle yesterday from Malachi O., and it was a wonderful experience to say the least. Malachi was exceptionally honest, respectable, and approachable. He did not try to ?sell? me a certain vehicle, but rather told me about the options I had given my budget. I test drove a vehicle and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with how well the car purchase was done thanks to Malachi. Needless to say, I drove off yesterday with my new car!
