    Customer service was prompt and kept us informed and gave us an accurate timeline of when the car would be ready. We will definitely continue to have... our Tucson serviced there.

    Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi 290 /Houston, Texas take great care and pride in caring for their customer.The service department has always gave me excellent service.... All of the many years that I have brought cars from Hub I have always received the best deals and service from the Hub Dealership on Hwy 290. The staff at Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi-Houston always takes the worries out of the hands of their customers. While the staff in the service department take care of the needs of my car, as a customers all I have to do is set back in the waiting area and drink a cup of coffee or have a coke. I have no worries about my car of at Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi on 290. Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi on 290 give great deals on New or Per-Owned Vehicles. I referred my 80 year old aunt to Hub for a per-owned vhehilces. My aunt and her family is very please with the car and the deal that she received.

    I just purchased a brand new SUV from Hub Hyundai, and I had a really good experience with them. Things were a little shaky in the beginning, through no... fault of their own, it was a situation with financing for the vehicle, but they did go out of their way and worked their magic to make a deal happen, and I was able to walk out with my brand new SUV.

    It was my first oil change/tire rotation service visit as part of the Platinum Service Package at 6000 miles on a new 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited. courteous... friendly Service Staff. walk-in service was received promptly despite staff’s busy schedule

    Called for service appointment around noon was offered a 1245pm time. I arrived a few minutes early was greeted by the service rep and was told that the... service should take about an hour to an hour thirty. That ladies and gentlemen is just the way it happened. Very pleased with the entire experience.

    The wait was 2 1/2 hours. Only needed battery fixed and oil change. A 3 month old battery, I should have been given a new battery

    After oil change and tire rotation, they recommended air filter changes. That was done, and they washed my car after servicing! Wow! I am very pleased.... All this took about 2 hours. Not bad at all. Plus they did an excellent job!
