When our car stalled out and we lost ac in 95 degree heat, we were fortunately close to Bozard. Luckily, we were able to limp the car into the service dept. Marcia saw us (obviously overheated and exhausted) and rushed to get us water and a seat under the air conditioning. She then came to us to get the information about our car. She was able to get car car right in for inspection. She took care of us and truly was concerned for us. They had to order parts and informed us that the repairs would take several days. She also had a rental car waiting for (at no cost to us). We had the use of a shiny new Lincoln MKX for however long we needed it. After four days, she called us to tell us that our car was ready. They fixed the ac and found and replaced a leaky power steering hose. All of this was under warranty. Her true concern for us and helpfulness was much appreciated. Thank you.

When was the last time you had fun purchasing a vehicle? For my wife and I it's been 30 years! John Ramirez was our sales rep. He "listened" to our needs and we were on a first name only basis during our first visit. He explained the differences between the models we were interested in and we went for several test drives in different SUV's. No pressure, no BS. We gave our last name when we got serious 2 days later. Imagine that? All we received was a business card from him on the first visit. No demands for drivers license, or e-mail address. He found us the exact vehicle that would fit our needs and worked hard to give us the best price possible. Imagine a custom ping pong table in the middle of the showroom floor! Customers and salesmen playing. Employees offering water, cookies and popcorn? Yes, it really happened. Even a few employees taking a break to play live music. Uh huh. Even the dreaded "finance manager" usually stiff as a board. Not here! "JC" was helpful and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything and didn't push extra insurance packages on us. He just told us about them and allowed us to make up our own mind as to what we felt we needed. Outstanding! I could go on and on. Visit them. You won't be disappointed! We're both 60 and thought we'd seen it all.

Had an issue with my '16 Ford Fusion last Monday evening. Colby with your service dept was very accommodating the next morning with my schedule and was able to work about my work schedule. Highly recommend!
