Bought an Escape
I went with my mother to help her get a new car. We worked with Henry Rowe. I am an informed buyer and do my homework. Henry was wonderful to work with and at no time was the buying process contentious, which was lovely.

New experience for me
I've never purchased a vehicle and actually enjoyed the experience until my recent purchase at Bozard Ford Lincoln. I have no words to describe the feeling of NOT being frustrated or feeling anxious due to fast talk or pressure. Every person spoke to me as if I were their only customer. I even played a few games of ping pong while waiting for some paperwork. Bozard really has a great product. Great Service Great People Great Selection. They've earned my business for any future purchases.

WORST in the Service Dept/Customer Satisfaction
The ABSOLUTE WORSE Service Dept and Customer Service that I have ever dealt with. Bought car on 1/29/15, has been in the shop 6 times since then. Their Service Dept., broke something on the vehicle and tried to hide it by using Epoxy..Brought it back in and after having it for 5 days this time, called me and told me it was ready and 4 Managers looked and the car and all said it was "perfect". Drive the 40 miles over there, only to see that the Epoxy STILL is there, How can 4 people look at it and not see this???? Of course, same old story.."Oh we will fix it"...sure...Just like you did all the times before. I left with the car. In the end I did not get what I paid for since I was not the one that dribbled expoxy all over my paint. They however got what they wanted...a car sold and one they do not have to fix because the customer got tired of being jerked around. Yes, I have pics and Email showing the damage from them as well as "car looks great, when can you pick up"?

Bozard is the BEST!!
I purchased a new 2014 Ford Edge on Jan 31, 2015 and it was the best experience I have ever had. I am a single mom and have never bought a new car on my own. The process was wonderful. Chase and TJ listened to everything I needed and wanted. They made it work for me so I was able to afford what I wanted. They really care about there costumers and I will be a lifetime costumer of BOZARD!!!
