Instead of honoring that “approval,” they tried to push

Instead of honoring that “approval,” they tried to push me into cars I didn’t want, never explained the MSRP or terms, and avoided giving any clear breakdown of the deal. It was obvious they were trying to force me into a car that worked for them, not me. Then came the worst part: they asked for a co-signer, and when I explained the co-signer couldn’t be present and lives out of town, they actually suggested removing me from the loan entirely and putting the car under the co-signer’s name—someone who wasn’t even there and doesn’t have the income to qualify. When I refused to go along with this trap, they got visibly frustrated and began making rude, unprofessional comments about my credit situation. This kind of behavior is not just unethical — it borders on fraudulent. They clearly hoped I wouldn’t catch on or would feel pressured enough to agree. I didn’t, and I’m glad I walked away. Avoid this dealership. They do not have your best interest in mind and will say whatever they need to get you in the door, only to switch up the entire deal. Borderline fraudulent tactics suggesting I get a loan under my father’s name who is disabled and doesn’t even live in Houston and removing me from the loan just to get approved! I lost respect at that point
