Having issues less then a week

Less then a week found out a part needs replaced on top of motor leaking oil and passenger seat air bag malfunction alert keeps coming on and I’ve only had the car 5 days ! I figured being an Audi dealership they would have did an all around check on the car before selling me a 2018 with issues already.. The car is beautiful and salesman seemed very nice but xxxx issues already ?? 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😡😡


Worst Audi repair technicians out there

I am amazed at how bad the service department is. I have taken my A7 in for service several times, they've charged me many thousands of dollars, and the car, literally every time, has the check engine light illuminate from a few minutes to a day after I leave, and then the engine goes into low mode, and is undriveable. It is shocking that Audi corporate allows this to go on, given the many poor reviews out there of Audi New Orleans across the internet. I am contacting everyone from the regional manager to the national manager to the CEO of Audi US and let him know about my and the many other peoples' issues with this dealership.


Dishonest or Negligent

Notes version, you might get a deal but dont believe a word from your salesperson. Dont count on management to fix anything if they think they got your money. No sales people available when we arrived. We took a test drive with a tech, he was very nice. The sales person told us that the car had very option we were looking for, even some we were not expecting. When we went to financing we decided we wanted to wait and the dealer sweetened the deal to make it happen that dan. The following day while testing the features on the vehicle we found out that our car did not have several of the features that were promised. Including, adaptive cruise, self park, lane monitoring, car starter through the audi app (found out doesn't exist). When this was brought up to managment they told me she is new. When I persisted the manager told me "I gave you a copy of the car sticker right." To which I replied that I went line through line with the sales representative and she told me that the car had all of these features. So I can't trust what you're sales people are telling me. At this point the manager offered to break the deal. We liked the car, we kept it. Our sales representative either lied or management was negligent in allowing her on the sales floor with her disinformation. Management did nothing to placate my dissatisfaction despite the fact I brought it to 2 different managers attention. I will never buy a vehicle at this dealership again and I have misgivings about dealing with Audi's in the future.



Today the heat index is way over 100 degrees and my ac on my Q7 Audi stopped working in the meantime I had to drive to a couple of places but the heat inside the vehicle was horrible even with the windows open. I called the dealers service department and was told to bring it to see what they could do. I left the place 30 minutes later with a working AC . DEFINITELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in particular by Richard Harrinson who made it possible. I will never go anywhere else.

Audi of New Orleans

I cannot express how much I love this dealership. From Sales to Service Department. The salesman are the exact opposite as ?pushy?. The manager actually suggested I go with an extended warranty as opposed to buying new. I would pass 100 other dealships to shop with Raul and Danny for my buying experience. Also want to mention a little about the Service Department here. my car is still under the factory warranty. If I ever have an issue, I call Ken (My service advisor) to schedule an appointment. When I get there to leave my car, my loaner Audi (usually brand new car with less than 1,000 miles on it) is clean and waiting for me to take home. I use this car until mine is ready. Yes. LOANER AUDI. I?ve used this loaner Audi to pick up my boss at another luxury dealership (I won?t mention the name) when he had to drop off his car for service and needed a ride home! If that?s a sales trick to let you drive another Audi, it totally works. Lol. I think I want the A5 coupe as my next purchase!!!!! :)

my experience

I reached out to them about a vehicle they had listed that morning. I was sent an email later that day stating that it had been sold. I just wish they would have contacted me earlier because I was waiting for a response to go to their dealership.



Recently Inquired about a vehicle there. Staff was courteous and responsive. Even though I did not buy the vehicle I was pleased with customer service.



BEWARE OF DEALER WARRANTY!!! Dealers extended warranty stated that it covered the 1000mile 30day power train of the vehicle. (Which to me was the motor and transmission). The next day had vehicle in for recall work and mechanic noticed motor mounts where needing replaced. Called Bob and Author only to be told that there was nothing they could do about it. I bought this vehicle because I needed something dependable for my family to drive. Very dissatisfied that they would sell a vehicle that was not checked out before.
