Waiting for ordered car was no issue. We drove to pick it...

Waiting for ordered car was no issue. We drove to pick it up on a rainy day, finished up and drove back to Pensacola to discover a rather obvious scratch on rear bumper but only from a get down low and look . Upon contacting salesman, the standard "you must of done it" came out. Once he was reminded we went straight home no way possible and that he had not done a walk around with my wife, as its her car and she is a car person. He then started the oh yes I did. NO HE DIDN'T. Bottom line I ate $515. for proper repair. Then as we paid our taxes there but got our plate and transfer in Fl we took care of that when notified and were told they over charged us $24. Several days later we start getting text from same salesman telling us to go take care of tag work immediately twice. We had done all. He seemed impossible to convince and that the only remaining issue was them refunding us the money sent back from Fl. Ridiculous customer treatment.

Don’t buy from thi place

Went to buy a car Q5, no discount no alternative (except of course leasing).. you want sell car you have to do better then just tell me car is $56,000 and that’s what you get to pay… had to give you my email don’t send me nasty notes

Having issues less then a week

Less then a week found out a part needs replaced on top of motor leaking oil and passenger seat air bag malfunction alert keeps coming on and I’ve only had the car 5 days ! I figured being an Audi dealership they would have did an all around check on the car before selling me a 2018 with issues already.. The car is beautiful and salesman seemed very nice but xxxx issues already ?? 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😡😡

I brought my son’s car in for him for the airbag recall...

I brought my son’s car in for him for the airbag recall and since the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, I paid for new wipers but didn’t pay for installation because it was expensive. I also asked if they could run a code to see why the tire light was in and they said it would be over a hundred dollars so I said never mind. I was happy about the wait time which was about as long as they told me it would take. The car now seems worse off than before I brought it in. I did call to tell the service department that a few things “coincidentally” don’t work like they did before and they said that there is nothing they did to make those other things go wrong. I really think that the trunk was left open and I drove it home in the rain not realizing this. I will say that the ladies at the checkout were very nice and couldn’t believe that they charged so much to install windshield wipers. As a matter of fact, they must’ve said something to a gentleman who came out as I was leaving and told me that he would put the wipers on for free. My son’s car check engine light is now on, the sunroof works intermittently. The check tire light mysteriously went out. Cannot tell your how frustrating it is.

I went into the store with their stated specials on their...

I went into the store with their stated specials on their wedsite. They kept me there for hours. They kept saying they dident have any cars there which qualifying for their sale. They kept me there and I was getting tired and confused. I ended up getting a lessor car at 140 % of tte monthly car note and with a smaller motor. I was upset and went back and ask them to give me my old car back and take theirs back. They said no way. When you are in the 70 + age group you cannot keep up. I just wanted to go home. I went back two days later an i wated to talk to the manager and they were looking for him i was there two hours again but they couldn't find him. He was going to call me but he did not. This management is preditory. A complete lach of integrety if you going shop here bring your lawyer. Rick Cohan

Worst Audi repair technicians out there

I am amazed at how bad the service department is. I have taken my A7 in for service several times, they've charged me many thousands of dollars, and the car, literally every time, has the check engine light illuminate from a few minutes to a day after I leave, and then the engine goes into low mode, and is undriveable. It is shocking that Audi corporate allows this to go on, given the many poor reviews out there of Audi New Orleans across the internet. I am contacting everyone from the regional manager to the national manager to the CEO of Audi US and let him know about my and the many other peoples' issues with this dealership.

Dishonest or Negligent

Notes version, you might get a deal but dont believe a word from your salesperson. Dont count on management to fix anything if they think they got your money. No sales people available when we arrived. We took a test drive with a tech, he was very nice. The sales person told us that the car had very option we were looking for, even some we were not expecting. When we went to financing we decided we wanted to wait and the dealer sweetened the deal to make it happen that dan. The following day while testing the features on the vehicle we found out that our car did not have several of the features that were promised. Including, adaptive cruise, self park, lane monitoring, car starter through the audi app (found out doesn't exist). When this was brought up to managment they told me she is new. When I persisted the manager told me "I gave you a copy of the car sticker right." To which I replied that I went line through line with the sales representative and she told me that the car had all of these features. So I can't trust what you're sales people are telling me. At this point the manager offered to break the deal. We liked the car, we kept it. Our sales representative either lied or management was negligent in allowing her on the sales floor with her disinformation. Management did nothing to placate my dissatisfaction despite the fact I brought it to 2 different managers attention. I will never buy a vehicle at this dealership again and I have misgivings about dealing with Audi's in the future.
