Our salesman was outstanding and our service rep, we both use the same service rep, has been equally outstanding.

Not happy at all. I never received a call about my parts coming in to fix my car that wouldn't pass brake tag inspection. Was told it had fell threw... the cracks and had been ordered. The parts came said car was fixed two days later it was doing the same thing. When I bought my car I was told they could fix anything but then when this happened I was told they couldn't fix it and I would have to take it somewhere else. Now my fuel pump is out. Very disappointed in my purchase.

Every time I have my F150 XLT serviced I am Treated with respect as my F150 IS serviced the same.The Service Department is VERY CLEAN which is so imp...ortant to me, your staff is VERY POLITE and goes over the vehicle inspection with you and explains each line. Your waiting room is VERY CLEAN as well are your restroom ? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lamarque Ford to everyone.?????

2014 Explorer has been brought into dealer many times for the same issue. Dealer cannot fix issue unless it goes out on them. When in their possessio...n, steering never went out. I dread driving my vehicle.
