The staff was pleasant and professional.

The staff was pleasant and professional. My car was sitting at the front door waiting for me when I arrived. Parker was knowledgeable about the car and all the cool gadgets. He and Jeff had us ready to go in a short time. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great experience, having hesitation when starting the

Great experience, having hesitation when starting the car. They checked everything and charged the battery. It seems to resolve the issue, the bed part was I wasn't charged anything. I'm glad they didn't take advantage of me by trying to sell me a part or battery I didn't need. Thanks

We have been asking for dash panel to be replaced for

We have been asking for dash panel to be replaced for over a year, and have only been told it is on back order. No further information provided. A year is too long. We purchased the vehicle with intentions to have use of courtesy vehicles. This service that was part of the experience I purchased has gone by the way side. Your dealership has used Covid as an excuse, and I find that unacceptable. We have had more and more trouble with the 2018 qx 80. We have since traded it in for another vehicle. We intended to keep it longer, but the quality and service package was not up to par.
