Planet Ford 45

I recently bought a 2014 Acura RDX from Planet Ford 45 and had one of my more pleasant car buying experiences in a long time. The salesman, Carlos Vega, was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for us within the specific requirements we had. He gladly went along with us as we test drove multiple cars, his enthusiasm was the same from the first test drive to the last. Additionally, the finance manager, Juan Martinez, got us an exceptional deal. I was pleasantly surprised because they did way better than any of the prior dealerships in terms of the finance. He explained the finance information clearly and I was very pleased with the deal. He made us feel like individuals rather than one more deal. We love our car and are equally excited about the deal and treatment we received at Planet Ford 45. I would highly recommend this dealership, specially Juan Martinez and Carlos Vega.

This is the fastest I have ever purchased a vehicle. I was able negotiate the price online with very fast response from Lauren. I was met at the dealership by Clennon to look and test drive. I then sat down with Ben in finance who went out of his way to get me the best financing. Met again with Clennon and Delia to go over features and take delivery. All in about an hour and a half.....Thats pretty quick. Will recommend.

Best selection, Best Price and Best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle !!! Planet Ford has a great selection on vehicles allowing me to find the color and specific options I was looking for. They hands down have the best price and incentives available for their customers. I was able to get a great price for my trade in and the finance department helped me get the best financing possible. Overall buying my new vehicle was a smooth and easy process and I couldn't have gotten the same experience any where else. I highly recommend Planet Ford to everyone, you won't be disappointed ! P.S. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted but that was no problem for planet ford. They had the car we wanted there the same day, it was so great working with william Ballard he kept it hassle free and got us what we needed. ALSO finance was quick and smooth very timely.

I detest car shopping and even more feeling the pressure that some salesmen place on you. I contacted Nate Gordon over the phone and gave him my requirements for a vehicle. I stressed that I did not want to spend hours looking and then haggling. When I arrived the next day, Nate had the perfect vehicle waiting and financing in place. Nate Gordon listened and produced. I was extremely nervous about my first car buying experience. I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure I received the best deal. William Ballard was the salesman I worked with. He was not pushy and made sure that I was comfortable the whole process.
