I wish I could give them less than one star. That is how horrible my experience there was. I had issues a few years ago with a salesman who tried to convince... me to get my father to co-sign my new car loan and then default on it to get a "free" car with my Dad making the payments.... and then three weeks ago had another horrible experience with their service department. My Ford Focus started having transmission problems on the other side of Bastrop. A mechanic stopped to help me when he saw me pulled over at the side of the road. He was able to reset my car's computer with the handheld he kept in his car, so I was able to drive to the Bastrop Ford dealership and get there just before closing on Saturday afternoon. Eugene in the service department promised me that they would look at my car first thing Monday morning and call me right away. They did not have a loaner car for me and I had trouble getting to work over the weekend. Monday, and Tuesday mornings I called them and asked about my car. Each time I got the answer "Haven't had a chance to look at it, we're swamped. We'll look at it tomorrow." Wednesday morning when I called, there was no answer and they never called me back. Finally got my father to call around 4pm. He left a message, and heard back from them TWO MINUTES before closing. Obviously they still hadn't bothered to look at it and ran out to do a diagnostic when a MAN called them to ask about it. The tech on the phone told my father they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission... but had a list of other things I needed to have done. ABSOLUTE xxxxxxxx. There are well documented problems with the transmissions on Ford Focus (which I discovered when the exact same problem happened again last night), and they didn't even consider that. I don't know if they didn't care, or just didn't want to bother with it. I picked my car up the next morning and got it to a decent private mechanic to check on the other repairs they recommended, to see if they were right. Only one of the recommended services was necessary. Now I'm again without my car, for a problem that could have been handled three weeks ago, and might have to rent a car to get to work. Again. I'm beyond frustrated with this dealership and would happily drive an extra 50 miles to avoid using them if I had to.

We had an awesome experience here Liz roop went above and beyond to help us . when we thought it wouldn't she made it happen. They had an awesome staff... who were nice and respectful they were very fast and has us out in way less time then we thought it would be. We highly recommend this dealership

Got a coupon in mail regarding service work on my F150 Called the works which included oil and filter change 24 pt. inspection and Tire rotation . When... I checked in the gentleman asked me if I would like my tires rotated I said yes sir please they need it , after 2 hr. Wait which I'm not complaining about I check out get the keys and I'm out the door needless to say when I got home my tires had not been touched needless to say I will probably not be going back if you can't even get the regular service done the first time I do not have time to be going back and forth to try. And get this done
