We really weren’t looking to buy a car at the time but

We really weren’t looking to buy a car at the time but the circumstances presented an opportunity to buy a quality vehicle at an affordable price for my budget. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very instrumental in helping us find the right car for our needs. He wasn’t pushy. He didn’t try to sell us just anything to satisfy a sales quota. We will highly recommend Appel Ford Dealership to others in the market for a new vehicle.

It was easy doing business with Appel Ford. So much better than working with big Houston dealers. A lot easier to buy locally.

Rated a fair, as the owner of the dealership happened to

Rated a fair, as the owner of the dealership happened to be out front when I pulled in and introduced himself and took me to the salesman. Otherwise 1* I had emailed the salesman and told him a used and new Santa Cruz was my interest and made an appointment for this morning. The salesman obviously had not read my email(s) or prepared for my visit. On the new one, I had voiced my concern with the interior prior to visiting and the did send me a video and pics. Upon seeing the interior, decided not for me. On the used one, asked where it was located, he said he would go check. Car was sold. Made excuse later that it sold last night and they are a big dealership (laughable, town has maybe 20,000 people).......and you did not check when you knew I was driving an hour!! Dealership might be okay, salesman I dealt with not so much.

Was not just about the sale.

Was not just about the sale. I receive great attention prior to the sale. A lot of communication before the sale. The sales was NOT a high pressure sale. Very refreshing! The paperwork process was not aggressive on their part, which I appreciated. After the sale, the communication continued. Phone calls and text were made. Thank you Buck for all that you did for us!!!
