I wanted a car listed on their website. Called and asked about the condition because it is a 4 hour drive. They were vague. Still, I wanted it so I went... and got a pre-approved loan, rented a car hauler and scheduled an appointment with them. I called them on Fri(appointment was Sat) and spoke to Rachel. Asked her what other charges would be added besides tax,tag,and title.. She was very nice and said she would get a buyer agreement emailed over to me that would show the full price of the car. Never did. All I got was appointment reminders. Called her and she did not return my call. Emailed them No response - which tells me they were planning on jacking up the cost of the car a couple grand with BS fees. To bad. I wanted that car. Why is it so hard to find an honest car dealer?

I have always been extremely satisfied at Bill Cramer. Sally and the service crew do a great job of taking care of all my car's needs. The lounge is great... with wifi and coffee and water. Also they have a shuttle or car on loan which I greatly appreciate. Living on the beach, I need transportation when in town. They always accommodate. This is my second car purchase from them, and I will continue to return due the the service department. Also Bill Cramer dealership is involved in the community, sponsoring blood drives and other needs for local people. I tell all my friends to shop there! Lee, Sally, and others are ready to help when needed.

This dealership does not care about you, or your vehicle! I took a beautiful Black Cadillac XTS Platinum to this dealership for warranty work on Friday... 10/5/18. On Monday, 10/8/18, someone from the dealership called and advised us they had found an additional broken part and that we were not getting the car back today. Due to past dealings with this dealership, I'm relatively sure they did not "find" an additional broken part (there was nothing else broken on our car).....THEY BROKE IT! Either way, we were advised the part would not be in until Friday, 10/12/18 . As we all know, Hurricane Michael hit on Wednesday, 10/10/18. You would think that a person, or dealership, that cared about you would at least attempt to take care of your vehicle. THEY DID NOT!!! They put our car out side, with nothing to protect it. It now has a tree through it! To make matters worse, the General Manager (Bill Doremus) spoke to me like I was some kind of low life street xxxx and told us that it is not their responsibility! Can you believe that?? Their property, their employee(s) that broke an additional part, their decision to leave it outside, their decision not to protect it, their tree that is sitting on our car......and they are saying it's not their responsibility! These people do not give a rats a** about you, or your vehicle! I am now out some $15-20,000.00, due to their negligence and total lack of respect for a customer, or their vehicle. Sad part is.....I am not the only one. I only hope that persons reading this will take a moment and really THINK, about dealing with these people....They put up a pretty good facade!

Unfortunately because of the massive strength of Hurricane Michael, damage and devastation were unavoidable. We understand that you are upset about your vehicle, but hope that our loaner has at least helped ease transportation issues.for the moment. Cramer (formerly Tommy Thomas) used to be great. Bought 4 vehicles from them over the past ten years or so. Current vehicle has been in four times for... the same transmission problem, with service getting worse each time. The last "repair" took more than a week, and this time it was in for two weeks. Only one of SIX phone calls asking for information was returned, and I was hung up on once, left on endless hold once on top of that. Seems that no one is watching the store anymore. If I can find warranty work somewhere else, I wont be back. And this is my last Chevy.

Was looking for a chevy equinox and wanted to trade in my 05 cadillac deville base model. My car is in great to mint condition with 144,646 mileage everything... stock as bought in 05 of showroom floor. But because I am a fry cook they seemed to believe that maybe I couldn't afford the car and tried to talk me into a number of cars I was not interested in. And I ended up leaving and not going any further than verbal discussions about cars I don't want. I'm sorry but part of sales and customer service is to make sure I'm happy regardless of your opinions on the matter. And I won't state the man's name because I'm sure he needs his job. But to you sir and anybody else on the staff that does this please remember I'm the customer and you should listen to me and what I want. Because I wasn't in the market for a car for you. I wanted the car that would make me happy. Not coat your pocket better or get the garbage of the lot To make you happy. So please listen to me.

I was not sure Bill Cramer GM would agree to clean up water stains on the back seat of my new truck. The stains were caused by another dealer 100 miles... away when I bought the truck a week earlier. Service writer Mark Hunter contacted the other dealer and arranged to have the seat not just cleaned but replaced under warranty. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Bill Cramer GM had not been able to match the truck selection or purchase price of the other dealer, but certainly was helpful with service.

I am on disability and saved to buy a car. I ended up at Bill Cramer's and was shopping around when the sales guy told me they had a 2006 Nissan Murano... that was just a little over 100k miles. They pull up with it and the belt was squeaking but some other guy said it just needed new belts and they checked the car out and it was in great shape. Said it was a good deal and a fine car. Like a fool I bought the car and since that day I have had nothing but problems. With in the 1st week of owning it they had to come get it and fix it. After a few months I took it to another dealership and found out the motor mounts were broke and got that fixed along with the belts. Now I am sitting here 11 months later with a car thats broke down again. I left a review on their Facebook and some guy named Daniel McKay said to call him so I did. I was told he was on vacation to leave my info, so I did. A week later no call so I call again, now he is in a meeting and cant talk. So I left my info again. I am fed up, they do not care and I know they wont make it right. My mother has since bought 3 new cars, two for herself and one for my sister. If they had done me right they would have got the sales, she told me so. So they lost money on this lemon deal. Now I am stranded and broke down in the middle of nowhere with no way to get another car as I saved forever to get this one. WHEN YOU BUY A CAR IT SHOULD LAST MORE THAN 1 YEAR
