    Didn't go to buy a car, but my sells associate Carl made the whole process worth it until I got to the point when I couldn't say no and came out with a brand new Altima which I love!! So thanks Carl and all the Westside Nissan family!!!

    I went in looking for a new Frontier. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot. After negotiating a great ice these guys had a manual frontier shipped from VA. When the truckcame in, it was more than what I was expecting. It had towing package, and a few others, and no price change. Thank you Joey and Chris for great service, a great truck at a great price!

    e sales manager, Will, and my salesperson, Mariah, were awesome! I live in Fort Lauderdale and was searching for a new, leftover 2016 Murano Platinum. After trying to deal with a few of the dealers in the Fort Lauderdale area, I became disgusted with their mistreatment of potential customers and rudeness. I then stumbled upon this dealership, which to my surprise, had two leftovers still in stock! I was connected with Mariah, who then connected me with her sales manager, Will. After days of negotiating back and forth via text and call, Will and I struck a deal (a very good one) on the vehicle. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process, and truly went above and beyond to earn my business! More than I can say for any of the other dealers I tried to deal with in South Florida. Not only were they both extremely responsive, but they even delivered the vehicle to me for free! And, to top it all off, they also took my trade-in, after giving me what I thought was a fair price sight unseen. I would recommend them again and again, and hope to use them when my wife buys a Rogue in a year!

    Complaint On May 03, 2016 I purchase a car from Nissan Motors at 1726 Cassat Avenue. Jacksonville, Florida. In the beginning I told all I wanted this car finance at VyStar CU. This is my bank where I have excellent credit and they finance new cars below 2% interest. Everything went find but the advertisement said with good credit there was nothing down and $199 a month. On my deal with good credit they wanted $500.00 down and $400.00 a month. That a long way from nothing down with good credit. The main thing I told the Finance Officer (Juventino Lebron, Jr) that I pay all my bills on the 25th of the month. The finance officer wanted me to finance thru his company for at least four months so they can get a rebate. That I agreed as long as the payment date falls on the 25th of each month. A few days later I began to read all that abundant paper I had to sign. I came across where the finance officer placed the wrong pay date on the paper works. I immediately send the finance officer a message that he has the wrong payment date and please make corrections. I purchase the car on May the third and my first payment was due June the second. The finance officer told me I had to change it. He sent me a number to the main office and said I was responsible to make the change. I tell you this, all the days of my life I have never heard of any actions like this. I got so angry. Here is a customer service person that made a mistake and does not want to correct his mistake. I did call and their answer they cannot make the change until I make the first payment. I knew I could not make the first payment so I went to my VyStar and told them my situation. Immediately they prepared the paper works and not only did they give me my payment date, they also have a ninety (90) day in place if I desire to make that my first payment date. Now that is what I call great customer service. With this complaint I am asking the return of my down payment of $500.00 because the service was very bad. What happen is this finance officer had all his thoughts on selling GAP. I told him three or four times I did not want GAP. He continue trying to sell this GAP plan and did not think what I the customer had told him. "I pay all my bills on the 25th of each month." If I could not get my payments on the 25th of each month he should have stop right there. No he had to sell me this plan and he kept on until I said yes to get him to stop. This is terrible customer service. Now Nissan will not post this lien so VyStar can pay it off. What a mess. These guys do not understand customer service. They are suppose to sell the customer what they wants and nothing more. I do not have anything good to say about this finance institution. Ralph L. Watts

    I received a coupon for a $14.95 oil change on my 2001 Chevy S-10 and took it in today. i have been wanting to look at the Frontier and this gave me a reason to stop by. They were very courteous and prompt and didn't try to ad charges to the bill. It was $17.92 out the door. I was able to look at my leisure and nobody tried to pressure me for a commitment. If I decide on a new Frontier I will definitely go back.

    My experience with this dealer was disastrous the moment I met with the financing department. I made it very apparent upon my arrival that I had my own funding through my credit union, but rather than continuing my deal as a direct loan they ran my credit and applied for a indirect loan. I purchased my vehicle Jan 18, but because they applied for an additional loan (which they were not supposed to- per the bank) this process was stretched out for a month! I was in and out of their offices on four separate occasions to resign the contract which wasn't settled until the second week of Feb. I traded my previous vehicle in and the dealer was to pay for the remaining balance. It is now Feb 16th and they have yet to pay off the balance, which in a few days will negatively affect my credit. I'm being penalized for a situation that is their fault. I was lied to several times about payment, the agreed warranty, and am overall dissatisfied with my experience. Though I like my vehicle I clearly wasn't a valued customer, and it wasn't worth the hassle.

    I started car shopping yesterday and Westside Nissan was my second and last stop. From the minute I stepped on the car lot I was greeted by a professional, genuine salesman. The unparalleled service continued until I drove off the lot in my new car. I didn't feel pressured, at any time while 'just looking'. Frances was extremely informative and honest about every question that I asked and didn't act for a second like I was taking too much of his time even before I said I would make a deal. The sales manager and finance manager was also very friendly and welcoming from the moment of introduction. It was raining cats and dogs when it was time to leave and another salesman took my new car into the service garage so we wouldn't get wet while leaving. I would definitely recommend them to ANYone on the fence about a GREAT car dealership. My experience was a pleasure from start to finish!
