Just bought a new Ford Pickup with MCLANE FORD. It was the best car buying experience I ever had, there have been many over the past 50 years. Very good price, knowledgeable salesperson, good trade in value, no haggling fair price upfront, delivery as promised, dealer prep was perfect and beautiful. Tava, the salesman, was great in the whole process from price negotiation to delivery of the vehicle. I?ll go nowhere else when I car shop in the future.

The sales process was quick and easy. I enjoyed working with Felipe, Matt and Penny.

I was met by Kenny and introduced to the salesman Felipe. I had my first oil change today and had the opportunity to meet Taylor, Kenny daughter. I purchased a 2023 F350 4 door dually Lariat. I am very happy with the truck but also how the purchase went. It was simple and it was quick just like the first oil chg and service update went today. I am a retired executive and experienced lots of different situations and personalities thru out my career. I give a big thumbs up to this dealership. The quality and the service is reflected by the company ownership and it’s employees.

I was fortunate that Eric Atkinson & Westley Wright had recommended McClane Ford in Fredricksburg to me. Felipe was excellent in customer service. From time of ordering over the phone to the assembly date then the delivery time we were updated via text. Saw the truck on Monday had it ready for pick up on Thursday after adding the rhino liner. Drove up on Friday and was in and out in 30 minutes w/o any hassles or them pushing anything extra on us. They listened to what we wanted and let us know what all was offered signed and left for lunch. Came back from lunch and my license plate was already on the truck not a dealer tag. The owner came to introduce himself and thanked us personally for buying from them. Hands down great experience from start to finish with the best prices I have found on a Ford. Thank you all at McClane Ford we will certainly look here first in the future.
