    This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Gullo Ford. This time I was with my 17-year-old son, looking for him a used truck. JR (Our salesperson) walked out and introduced himself, he was very knowledgeable of every vehicle my son asked about and even went to the back and brought out a truck that had just been traded in. It was the one! Thank you JR for making this purchase so easy, he loves the truck! Great service!

    I inquired about a car on their lot. They sent a note to say it was available. I went by to look at the car and they said it was already sold. For 2 weeks they still showed it for sale. I even called to ask about it and they said they would look it up and call me back. Days went by with no call.

    Inquired about an SUV I found online. Tim H. responded very quickly. I asked about the process, since I was not near by and had to make arrangements to drive in. Great communication, information and Tim was straight with me on the condition of the car. (even sending pictures from his cell phone) Condition of car was exactly as told to me. Buying process went better, quicker than I expected. Trade offer was fair, too. Very happy!

    We are shopping for a new truck. We are in the pricing/comparing stage. Two of your salesmen after my husband told them we are trying to decide between Dodge and Ford, both salesmen blew us off and just walked away after we told them this. We ate EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

    I bought a 2015 Mustang GT on March 18, 2015 from Gullo Ford in Conroe. My husband and I had a great experience until 4 days ago, while I was driving my car, which is standard, I pressed the clutch to change gears and it stuck down and I couldn't change gears. I was able to make it to my neighborhood and had to contact Gullo the next morning to pick it up in a wrecker to take to the shop. My car only has 22,000 miles on it, and everyone that knows me, knows that that cat is my baby. I don't abuse it, I don't drive it on long trips and I take care of it. When my husband and I spoke with Richard in the service department, he advised that it should be covered under warranty. 2 days later after they finally looked at it they advise my husband that the slave cylinder went out and that the clutch is bad. A few hours later they call and state that it will not be covered under warranty, because it is a wearable part. I immediately drive to Gullo to speak with Richard about this. Richard then tells me that they haven't even looked at the slave cylinder yet, but they are sure that's what's wrong, but it won't be covered under warranty. I tell Ricgard that before i deove this Mustang, I had a 2010 Mustang that was also standard and I put 122,000 miles on it and never had a problem. I request to speak with the manager. As Richard goes to find the manager, 2 other Gullo employees tell me, stand up for yourself and don't let them push you around. So, that tells me that this happens often. I get to speak with Manager Tom, and he was very rude and acted like I was stupid because I'm a female. He tells me that because I ruined my clutch it made the slave cylinder mess up. I told him, no, my slave cylinder went out causing my clutch to not be able to disengage as I was driving, which ruined my clutch. After several minutes of back and forth he tells me he will call Ford again to see if it will be covered. The next day they called again saying no. I contacted Ford myself and they advised that Tom the Manager told them that my clutch was bad because of my misuse, because I have after market exhaust, after market wheels and tires and tuner and a sticker from Texas 2k which is a racing event and I must have been racing it. Yes, I do have all that after market stuff done on my car because I like the way it looks and sounds, as far as the sticker, my husband goes to that event every year, but uses his own car and bought me a sticker. I ended up having to pay over $1,300 to get my car back. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with Gullo Ford again and I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't either!

    After testing my battery with my own tester and one other from auto zone showing it was bad I took it into gullo where they claimed it was my alternator and that it would be a $700 fix. They were unwilling to work with me and would not honor the 3 year warranty on their Ford brand battery.

    In Texas, we Texans like to be fair, upfront and courteous with everyone. We always give a fair shake and expect one in return. Gullo Ford may be in Texas but they sure don't act like Texans. As a retired military senior leader with 25 years of service, I know a lot about honor, integrity and respect. You won't find any these values at this dealership. I was even pre-approved with my own bank financing but the finance director left for the day without the common courtesy of telling my salesman. My salesman said he would call me first thing in the morning and that was over 1 week ago !!! As military retiree was appalled by the way this dealership does business.

    I was being helped by Froy and Christian. They looked and found exactly what I wanted even when I wasn't too sure myself. They always pushed to get me the best deal and car that would work for me and my kids. They explained the car and helped me set up everything. They were always very nice and while it can be a stressful situation they made it smooth and even fun. Thank you guys and Gullo Ford for all the help!
