Had a great experience with Michael Frohlich. We test drove a few different Volvo's and his expertise and patients is what led us to purchasing a Volvo. While his dealership did not have exactly what we were looking for, another Volvo dealership down the road had one that was perfect for us. Michael stayed in touch through our car buying process and was happy to hear we still purchased a Volvo, even though it wasn't from him. By far one of the best car shopping experiences we had in an otherwise stressful situation.

Hassan and Brian were great customer service/sales guys. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because this vehicle had been in an accident, which was not on carfax, nor were we told about it, and we did find out about it (after looking under vehicle, and seeing bumper damage, etc) until after we purchased it. Great experience other than that.
