    Buyer be forewarned when buying a used car. Make sure the car advertised is available on the lot. I called a few times with regards to a vehicle. I was called back by a nice lady. She said car was available but she FAILED to tell me that it wasn't on the lot to be seen. As I was told when I arrived. The car is at a shop being serviced. Before heading to this dealer, make sure the car is there and someone can actually touch it.

    Entire negotiation and purchase agreement was done from Dallas via phone and internet. Rob and Dan were willing to work with me on my concerns. Upon arrival with a few minor tweaks to the contract I drove off with one of the finest vehicles I have ever owned. Highly recommend Rob and his staff of sales support people.

    M-B Austin, Texas and M-B USA provided superlative service and interest in towing and repairing our GL 550. We live 125 miles from Austin, and we had to leave our auto in Austin for repair. Only suggestion I would make is for the dealer to allow towed vehicles to be taken into and stored in a secured area at the dealership for repairs on weekends.

    At first, I was highly impressed with the response time from their sales force after inquiring about a car online. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. The salesman contacted me shortly thereafter and scheduled a time for me to drive from New Braunfels to Austin for a test drive (almost 50 miles). I liked the car and the next day secured financing and scheduled another test drive with my wife. I told them that if it goes well, we were going to buy the car. Problem is, they sold it out from underneath us. I understand that they're in the business of selling cars and "first come, first served;" however, I would have expected a higher level of service from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I had scheduled a SECOND test drive, had secured financing, had even told them that I was likely to buy the car. Knowing that this they're in the sales business, I wasn't going to blast them online....until...I was contacted by their sales manager and asked "were my expectations met?" I emailed her back and explained my situation and that I expected more from them...and then...nothing. No reply back, no acknowledgement...nothing. If you don't care if my expectations were met, then why ask? That's worse than not even asking. You've now not met my expectations on TWO occasions.

    Bradley, I am so sorry for the late response to your email. Your response is important and appreciated and I sincerely apologize for not getting back to you sooner. With month end, I got behind in my emails and am very sorry you feel we don't care, because customer service is at the forefront of our business. We truly do care and understand we would not be here without the support of our customers. It is unfortunate the car was sold before you had a chance to get here to see it. We have 16 salespeople here and things move pretty quickly. Our policy is to hold a vehicle if someone is coming in that day so that the trip is not wasted, or we can even send the paperwork to you and have the car shipped. Before you told Paul you wanted this car, another salesperson had an appointment on the vehicle that same day. We were obligated to give her the opportunity and she chose to purchase the vehicle. While these things happen, you did deserve a quicker response from me, ad for that I am truly sorry. If you see anything else in our inventory that may work for you, please call me directly at 512-454-6821. I will do everything I can to make it up to you. Best regards, Rhonda, Sales Manager
