Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. Reva handled my purchase for my first luxury brand vehicle and is absolutely amazing. She made it all come together smoothly and was a joy to work with. It’s the third vehicle someone in my family has bought from her and we will keep coming back!

If you want excellent seamless customer service, go to Tony Shine and his staff. He doesn’t have awards for nothing! He proves this in his work and professionalism each and every time! I have experienced his amazing customer service Now with my second purchase, and he went above and beyond for me! I really appreciated it so much! I will always go to Tony, for any future car purchase. I also want to give a big shout out to his assistant “Andrea Jewell” she was so great and helpful and communicated well. Another big shout out to “Matt Juron” Finance Manager who was also very helpful and understanding and made things happen! They are the best of the best! Thank you all for a great experience! I appreciate all of you!

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!! Told sales person Dusty on Tuesday evening "I WANT IT" referencing a pre-owned vehicle. He asked me for my Driver license and proof of insurance which provided. Dusty said the manager approved me buying it form out of state BUT Dusty did in fact say "I would rather sell it to someone local" . I let that go as I really wanted this car. At 8:19 yesterday morning. he said "I'm gonna get everything together". Asked for my Driver license and proof of insurance. Told him i am a cash buyer and would be happy to send money as soon as i have a PO. Never got the PO and only got call form a Manager TJ late Wednesday only to say that they sold it to someone else. This is the most horrible way to treat a customer! I asked for the GM but they said he is not available. Disgusting customer service and conduct for both the sales person Dusty, who I would stay away from, as well as the management. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU FOR SUCH DISRESPECT!!!! You should lose your jobs!!! I would Fire you all!!!

I had a truly exceptional experience working with Tony and his assistant, Drea at Mercedes-Benz of Austin. This is my second car purchase and Tony did another outstanding job to get me into what I was looking for. Drea was so patient with all my questions and concerns and wanted to ensure everything went smooth. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care turned the entire process into an enjoyable experience. Tony assured me that I would love my new car and he was absolutely right. I am thrilled with my new purchase! I cannot thank these two enough.

Do not come here if you want to sell your cars!

Do not come here if you want to sell your cars!!! Especially the their sale manager TJ Nissan and car specialist ‘ Jacob Aleman ‘ . I am a student at UT and they are low balling me and giving xx informations about how much your car is really worth. I first went to Mercedes trynna sell my cla 250 where the left side of my front bumper and sides are all broken. The sale manager TJ Nissan and ‘acquisition specialist’ Jacob Aleman told me that they are only able to offer for around 12k and said the OFFER ONLY STANDS TODAY. They are constantly trying to make me avoid other car dealers so that I could get a good price range of what my car is actually worth. They are saying ah , is gonna cost them a bunch to fix it , is going to be unprofitable, and the market is always changing, and reasons that do not justify the price they offering. I went to CarMax the next day. They are offering me 16.5k with a quick inspection. They are low balling student !!! They don care for their customers. They only want profit for themselves. Do not come here and try to sell it . Even if you do, not toward those two. Oh yeah , after I showed Jacob what carmax could offer, they are saying now they are willing to offer 17k 😂

The vehicle in question had significant collision damage, with a professional body shop estimate showing over $7,000 in repairs needed. Naturally, that level of damage impacts any buyer’s valuation. We consistently pay more than local and national buyers for vehicles that are in good condition. In this case, another buyer was willing to purchase the car as-is at a higher number, partly because they are not a Mercedes-Benz dealer. They can sell vehicles outside of a certified program, which lowers their reconditioning standards and acquisition costs. We agreed that was the best option for you and encouraged you to take that offer. At no point did we offer $17,000 for the vehicle. Our goal is always to make fair, market-based offers, and in many situations we pay above market for the right vehicles. We regret that this interaction left a negative impression and appreciate the opportunity to provide context. OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!
